  This condo unit has everything as described and much more. The views are great from all the rooms, even loved Master Bath view of ocean as we got ready. The walkout gave us such a freeing feeling and lots of patio space to sit outside and relax and not feel confined. The kids loved being able to come and go easily with room to spread out. We loved eating meals out on patio. Angie is so easy to work with and very helpful. It was very hard to leave and we definitely would love to come back again.

  The condo was great! It was very nice and clean! Being on the bottom floor was very nice with a toddler. We will absolutely book again.

  only item of note there is construction going on at the unit next to where we stayed and they started sawing wood at 7:30 in the morning. Other than that, we had a great stay and will come back again. Jeff Pappas

  My wife and two kids decided we needed a beach vacation and we contacted Angie the owner of this beautiful condo. This condo is right on the beach with all the toys for the kids, the pool is very close and what a great area. Even though we were hit with the tropical storm Beryl, Angie offered us an additional weekend(I do not know many other people who would offer that) and she always answered her phone and helped with any questions we had. She was a wonderful person and we will rent this place again and hopefully for two weeks next time.

  We really enjoyed the fact the unit was very convienent since it was on the ground floor. We were able to walk out the sliding glass door to the beach. The unit was very clean and in excellent condition. We were able to cook in the kitchen and wash our cloths in the washer/dryer located within the unit. The bedrooms were well furnished with two king sized beds. I was able to use the wireless internet which made being away work a little easier. The golf courses were unbelievable and I will definitely be back.

  We stayed at this condominium during a golf trip to Amelia Island. This home sits right on the ocean and has beautiful views of the golf course as well as the ocean. The home is very roomy and can easily accomadate an entire family. The bathrooms are clean and very nicely done and the kitchen has everything you would need to prepare a full course meal. The property is very clean and well maintained. If you enjoy morning walks along the seashore, beautiful scenery and sunsets, golf, biking, and playing in the ocean this is the perfect home for you. I would definately recommend this property to others.

  My family and I were looking for the perfect spot to have a great time on the beach with the availability of playing golf and tennis. This property fulfilled all of our expectations and not once did we need the car. Everything was in walking distance which made it so relaxing. I highly recommend this property and I'm looking forward to our return in August.

  My family and I stayed in this condo the week of July 4th. It was clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained and best of all, very close to the beach. From the well supplied kitchen, which includes a washer and dryer to the beachfront patio, this condo has everything a family could possibly need to have an enjoyable stay at the beach! Amelia Island Plantation, where this condo is located, adds to the wonderful, relaxing appeal of this property. There are beautiful, world class golf courses, fishing ponds and little shops on the island to enjoy as well. I highly recommend this condo and plan to return again soon!

  We loved this condo! It was nicely decorated, very clean and roomy. The place and the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. It was nice for the kids to have the beach and pool right there so we could all come and go when we wanted which truly made it a vacation! The condo had everything we could want; games, videos, beach toys, and books. I would love to come back and stay longer next time; it was great for the whole family. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

  This condo met our expectations in every way with the listing description and photos accurate regarding the location. It was clean and well maintained. The owner was helpful in answering all of our questions. I would recommend the property to a friend or relative. Downtown Fernandina is attractive and makes for a leisurely stroll. Restaurants I would recommend are the Crab Trap, the Verandah and Barbara Jeans Restaurant.
