We have stayed here at this beautuful home on more than one occassion.(last time was for a wedding). We found it by chance and we are so glad we did. It is a gem ... a fully loaded house with a lanai.. I just had to do one quick shopping trip and I was set for the week. The owner I found out was a former "norther" and really appreciates the Florida lifestyle. She had so many ideas of suggestions for things for us to do.The house is big enough for small family (up to 6). The kids loved Jungle Gardens ,Siesta Key Beach and there own "personal pool". It's an easy ride from either Tampa or Sarasota airports... Great price too. Would FOR SURE stay here again.. Everything is so clean and is SUCH a great value.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This lovely vacation rental home is off the main highway but conveniently located to many of Sarasota's best attractions. You will need a car. The home is clean and spacious, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and stress-free vacation. The rooms are actually nicer and larger than they appear in the photos. The kitchen is fully equipped. This is truly a walk-in and settle-in vacation home. We vacationed over the Christmas holiday with some of our children and grandchildren. We visited St Armands Circle, The Ringling Museum, Siesta Key Beach, the Mote Aquarium, and the waterfront area. All were excellent choices and child-friendly. The Ringling Museum had a very nice hands-on activity area. Our 5 year-old loved it. The weather was pleasant but unfortunately not pool weather. We did sit out on the lanai but did not get in the water. Maybe next time! We watched the sunset from the living room window. The owner was helpful and kind. Our stay was enhanced with all her little homey touches and sense of hospitality. We highly recommend this vacation rental and hope to stay again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
