This four-bedroom, two-bath home in prestigious Dollar Point on Lake Tahoe's North Shore is a fantastic place for families and groups. This house is next door to the Dollar Point pool and tennis club and is one of the few Tahoe homes with a fenced-in backyard. The garden is fully landscaped and has a HUGE grass lawn complete with a hammock and swings. It also has a large deck with barbecue, hot tub, and dining table for outdoor entertaining. The home is also fully equipped for babies and young children with safety gates, high chair, backyard swings and a port-a-crib.
Whether you're a family or a group of adults, this home has something for everyone. This beautiful home has an open living plan with a dining room adjoining the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is large and very well equipped ready to prepare a gourmet meal. An open woodburning fireplace makes this a cozy winter retreat.
In summer, you've got access to all of the Dollar Point amenities including heated pool, tennis courts, and private beach. A bike trail leads you directly into Tahoe City, just 2 miles away. In winter, you are only minutes from world class ski resorts including Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Northstar. The house is easily accessible in winter ... flat parking, easy access from the highway, no 4WD required. Enjoy nearby Tahoe City for restaurants and shopping.

I rented this condo with my family this summer and found it perfectly suited to our needs. The location was ideal (minutes from town, walking distance to a private pool and beach), the house great (clean, well appointed, spacious, perfect for kids), and the backyard perfect for relaxing with family (BBQ, hammock, spa, swings!!). We had a great time and will definitely return!
Recommended for:Families with young children, tourists without a car.

Our group had an amazing time last winter at this lovely home. It was the year of the unending snowfall and with the quick snow removal and flat driveway of this home, we were able to hit the powder every morning. The large kitchen and dinning room was great for all of us foodies to create grommet meals and the large dinning room table accommodated our group of 10 easily. All the beds were comfortable and warm. They were an ample supply of nice cotton sheets and towels. And there is nothing better than a hot tub after a great day of skiing. The enclosed yard was great for my labrador. Our ski group has dwindled this year, so we were all heartsick to give up this wonderful skihaus!

We so enjoyed our stay at this home!. It was just perfect for two families. We really enjoyed hanging out in the backyard in the mornings for breakfast and after we came home at night after our time around Tahoe. We had 5 kids combined between our families so when we weren't out and about, they could go out and play and enjoy the nice big yard. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items we needed to cook at home. We also loved that the community amenities were right next door so we could walk over there easily and not have to drive. We are looking at coming back in the next year or two.

We loved the yard since it was gated and Gates are rare in Tahoe and it was for the safety of our young children and our own piece of mind. It was spacious and great location.
