Dreamy Colonial Style Villa, Just Minutes Walking to the Beach

  We were very happy all round. The place was exactly as advertised and very clean !! We have rented some places before in Punta Cana and it has not always been as clean or the place has not had everything that the ad stated it did. We just went there for Spring Break with the kids and had a great time. It is really centrally located to shops in the Cortecito area and the Hard Rock Cafe and Palma Real Shopping plaza which is the nicest high shopping plaza around with movie theatres a cool nightclub called Jewel and a brand new modern supermarket calle " Plaza Lama " which made our shopping very easy and our stay a lot cheaper. There were beers and rum in the fridge when we got there and apparently the owner does this for everyone ( good man )..and Cynthia the property manager lives around the corner and was on hand for any and all advice of what to do and where to go. Anyway the rooms were large and comfortable and there was good English cable and DVD players for the kids in several rooms. The gardens are nice and the pool was almost always empty and very warm. We rented a car and were close to everything although my husband spent a lot of time on one of the 3 terraces or in the garden gazebo smoking his " Dominican Cigars ".

  We were fleeing the Canadian Winter and found our paradise. The house was awesome and had everythong we needed, you can see it is owned by someone that cares. Flat screens in every room and English Cable !!! with cartoon network for the kids and all. There are even beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. We especially liked breakfast and dinner in the palapa in the garden round the back. Nice touch to have a 6 pack of cold Presidente in the firdge waitng for us. Beautiful lush gardens , i wished we could have this back at home and the pool to keep the kids busy , i couldnt get them out of the one there that was hardly ever used as there are only 12 houses in this complex. Anyway as i said Loved it !!

  The villa was clean and beautiful. It was very spacious and had everything we needed and then some, like beach chairs and a sunbrella. Cyntia was exceptional. She was very professional. When we had a small issue come up she immediately took care of it. We had friends staying at other properties in D.R. and their experiences were not nearly as good as ours. Their manager was no where to be found when problems arose and nothing was written as regards electric usage like Cyntia made sure we understood before she left. We would definitely stay here again.

  I just left the villa a few days ago after a fun girsl getaway. We stayed at the villa 5 nights Dec. 3rd thru 8th. The accomodations were safe, clean, spacious and comfortable.The kitchen set up included everything we needed and we prepared our meals the majority of our visit. The landscaping at the villa complex was absolutely gorgeous!!! The beach was about an 8 minute walk from the villa. The pool was very small, so we swam and lounged on the beach. You may want to rent a car, because getting around can become expensive. I give Cyntia high marks for meeting us at the airport, showing us the lay of the land and checking in on us during the visit. She was helpful and accessible during our stay. She delivered on everything they committed to, prior to our arrival. I would recommend renting from Pristine Pads during your trip. Enjoy!!!!

  Our stay was from May 13 thru the 31st. Overall it was very nice. Cyntia was very helpful with all of our needs including some minor problems that we had with the condo. The rooms in the condo were very accomodating to all six of us that were staying there. Thank You Cyntia for making our stay at the villa a very pleasant experience!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  We were picked up at the airport by Cyntia the property manager as promised. This is a great relief as we were new to the area and a little nervous. She took us to the villa which was as described and in the pictures, very central to everything and a block away there was this gorgeous beach called " el pulpo cojo " with great paellas !. There were shops, bars and restaurants within walking as promised although we had rented a car to have total freedom and i would recommend this. The villa had everything TV's in and AC every room and US cable... Ooooff. The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed the private garden and Gazebo especially for breakfast. This was a great place for my family as the rooms are very large and the kids had their own space. There is 24 security so we felt very safe and the handyman " Tom" will get you just about anything you may need even Pizza !!!!. We will come back as it is hard to find a house versus an apartment in this area, and this is definitely the area to be as everything else around there is all hotels with no ameneties for renters.
