  Just returned home from another wonderful week in Telluride. We started renting from Allen in 2008 and have been back every year since! His condo's are exactly as described and pictured; even better in person as no photo can do the beauty of Telluride justice. As mentioned in previous reviews, we have been coming to Telluride since 1984 and without a doubt, Allen's accommodations are by far the best we have every experienced! The units are beautiful, very well maintained and equipped, making for a stress free vacation experience. There are amenities right out the door including a full service bar and restaurant, pool, hot tub and fitness room all located at the Main Lodge. Access to shopping and the Gondola is a short walk or ride away. The condo's slope side location provides easy access for a a quick lunch or just a comfortable break from a busy day on the slopes! Allen is wonderful to work with and we have never had an issue with the rental process or the accommodations provided. I can't say enough about his rentals or his willingness to insure that your vacation in Telluride is as enjoyable as possible. I travel almost constantly with my job and I consider myself somewhat of a subject matter expert when it comes to travel accommodations and the associated processes. I would highly recommend doing business with Allen; you will not be disappointed!

  Hi Allen. We were just in the process of putting away our ski clothing for the summer, and it brought back memories of our wonderful trip to Telluride. We realized that we had not yet thanked you for the great accommodations your condo provided. We found your property to be attractive, spacious, well-appointed, and super convenient to the slopes, Mountain Village and to the town of Telluride. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the Telluride experience. It's a great place to ski, the surroundings are beautiful and breathtaking, and between Mountain Village and Telluride, there are enough excellent restaurants and shopping to satisfy anyone. Helen had been to Telluride about 15 years ago and could hardly remember the place saying "This wasn't here!" frequently. For me, being that it was my first time, it was certainly the best skiing experience in the US that I've ever had. We think we may have found our winter ski vacation destination and it is great that we know of a place to stay where we would like to return. Sorry for the long delay in writing to you. Once again, thank you for making your home available to us. Throughout the rental process you were helpful and responsive. That's very important to us.   This is our third winter renting with Allen and we will be back next year!! We have been vacationing in Telluride for over twenty years and his accommodations are the best we have ever found. The description and photos truly depict the units and the amenities. The condo's location is perfect; ski in-ski out, a short walk to the village, gondola and market. The main lodge provides the amenities of a first class hotel (pool, hot tub, restaurant, bar, workout room). The units are meticulously maintained and come stocked with all of the amenities needed for a stress free vacation. Allen is wonderful to work with and goes out of his way to ensure all aspects of the rental transaction go exactly. He has always been available to address any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this unit and this owner. You will not be disappointed!! Linda M Tucson, Arizona
