This two level home features a fantastic view of the Lake and mountains from the upper deck and from inside the home. It has four bedrooms plus extra sleeping in the living room and game room. It has three bathrooms. Sleeps ten to twelve comfortably. It has a piano and full entertainment center, including DVD and VCR, in living room. The dining room table, which looks out onto the lake, has a classic wooden Southwest design. The fully equipped kitchen has a long breakfast bar. There is an upper deck with a beautiful patio table and chairs and gas barbecue with a gorgeous view of the lake, mountains, and pool; a lower patio that walks out onto the large pool.The large side yard to the left of the pool is now desert decorated in colorful rock design with a mound and a trio of special paqlm trees in the center. Walk to the back and there is your professional sized horseshoe pit! This property has generous RV and boat parking plus two car garage. By the way, its first renter was MTV...the TV network (they did some shooting there). Also, the makers of the coveted J.D. Power & Associates award stayed in this home for FOUR MONTHS!
Lower level game room has professional size pool table, new kareoke machine, and full-size writing desk...plus TV and VCR. The downstairs master suite features 32 inch flat screen TV, VCR, king-size bed,a queen sofabed to boot...sitting area, wet bar and fireplace. This fully furnished vacation home enjoyed the producers of MTV television network as it's first renters....they thought so much of the home that they filmed in it!
SECOND HOME ON BEAVERTAIL DRIVE: STAY IN THE HOME THAT FAMED N.Y. YANKEES PITCHER JIM HOWE OWNED...(He was the first owner!) This home is within walking distance to town and shopping and is only one quarter mile to the Lake. It features four bedrooms, two full baths, living room with fireplace, and full entertainment center including DVD, VCR, TV, even an eight track player. Living room features generous seating including four luxury recliners and a view of the pool and patio set. The fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar, and a writing desk. There some view of the lake from the front yard patio. There is a large spa and gas barbecue in the back. The master suite has a TV, VCR, sliding doors to patio, and sitting area. THIRD HOME ON LAKE HAVASU PLACE: Lake views! Stunning private home with private courtyard and pool area...spa is very private! There are three bedrooms, two beautiful baths, an Arizona room and three patios...one is on the SKY DECK! Sip coffee viewing the lake that you can almost touch from the patio set atop the spiral staircase sky deck. Gorgeous panoramic views are to behold.RV/boat parking on driveway and inside the gates, too! Double car garage is 27 feet long on one side. Tile throughout except for the 2nd and third bedrooms and the AZ room...that you can view the lake from at three windows! Nice island kitchen with icemaker/cold water fridge and all the necessities, PLUS! There are 5 reclyners in living room, double sofabed, a DVD, VCR, stereo and even an 8 track player! Why the Owner Chose Lake Havasu City
After researching several beautiful areas in the West I found myself enamored the beautiful scenery as well as the bautiful people of Lake Havasu City in 2002.
The gorgeous blue lake with crystal pure water surrounded by tanned desert mountains, combined the the respectful, warm and considerate people in the area was enought to convince me. I had been guesting vacationers since 1987 in Hawaii so I felt I knew a great year-round vacation destination when I saw one.
It makes me happy to offer beautiful homes to nice people..
The Unique Benefits at this House
Starters: The pool area with its shaded patio table, chaises and chairs...the lake and mountain vistas, the outside areas complete with two sister decks, an Indian Desertscape on the left side of the back yard...and the charm and comfort within the home with lots to do..like playing pool, singing kareoke, watching TV, or just relaxing.
