  My husband and I have visited Harbour Island for over 4 years. This time we shared this experience with 2 other couples. So we needed to rent a house. This house was perfect. Having a genarator is definetly a big plus on the island. The golf cart was great to have. The house is clean, well maintained and the grounds gives you a secluded feeling. The photos definitely depicted the beauty of the house. We couldnt have asked for more. Hands down we would rent this house again.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  So i rented Casa Triana for the 4th of July with a couple of my friends and i have to say it was an experience. The house is amazin, and since we rented the entire house i liked how we had two kitchens since it was so many of us. Also the AC worked perfectly everything was amazing. The house looks new and the location couldnt be any more perfect is right across the beach. The golfcart was given to us with full tank which lasted us the whole week. If you are thinking of renting this house dont think twice and just do it is totally worth you money!!!

  I recently stayed at Casa Triana for a wedding with 6 other wedding guests. The rooms were huge, the living areas were humungous, and the patios and balconies made for great social areas! Nothing quiet like chilling on that front balcony for some sun or an evening post ceremony nightcap. Even more amazing were the surprising amenities, like full kitchens, washer - dryer, cleaning service and cart rental. The most surprising reaction was from other wedding guests who came to see the house. The value of Casa Triana compared to what others were paying at the resorts in town was amazing. More than worth the 4-5 minute cart ride for location....In fact thats a plus! Who doesn't love carting around the island! We were so happy with the place, and had so much fun, that us wedding guests are talking about making this into a regular reunion trip! We look forward to hopefully returning next summer!

  Our family (2 adults, 2 children) just stayed at this property over spring break and really enjoyed it. The house is comfortable, clean and conveniently located. The kitchen is well appointed and having a laundry room was so convenient. We loved our daily breakfast in the patio! A 2 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute golf cart ride to town, ideal! A great vacation overall, we'll be back!!!

  We rented Triana Casa at the end of December 2010 for approximately a week after also renting a beach house place the week before in Nassau. We had 6 adults and 5 young kids. Enjoyed Nassau, but liked Harbour Island much more. Triana Casa and Harbour Island were great. Start with downside first, Nassau and Harbour Island were much colder than what we expected for December, as we have mainly been to Aruba/Curacao/Mexico during end of year holidays. Would try to avoid Jan - March in the future. Nassau was nice, but everyone really liked Harbour Island: very relaxed, pink beach was beautiful and very family oriented. Restaurants were excellent, but definitely need to book in advance during peak times. People were all very friendly. Triana Casa was a great place. 5 minutes walk from the beach, it was very well kept, with excellent water pressure, electricity and maintenance. Didn't have any problems, and it was very spacious. In-law place on the second floor with larger downstairs apartment worked well for us, as our parents were also together. Had no complaints and would go back again. Darico was very helpful both before and after our arrival.

  The House was absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable. Also, thank god for the backup generator the power was in out the whole weekend.

  This house is wonderful. It is nicely decorated and welcoming. Everything is very clean and comfortable. There are plenty of extra towels and sheets if needed. The laundry room located in the back of the house is very convenient. The living and sleeping areas are quite spacious. The upstairs unit is very quaint and has a beautiful terrace with an amazing view of the ocean. Our family had a wonderful time during our stay. The kids loved using the boogie boards that were provided. We enjoyed waking up in the morning and only having a short two-minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood was very peaceful and the terrace provided a nice place to relax. We would definitely stay here again!
