Mexican Hacienda style house with six identical bedrooms, each one with two double beds and private bathroom and terrace with hammock and lounge chair, all facing the boat channel. Central patio with fountain ideal for breakfast, dinner or moonlight chatter for get together or workshops.
Just the bedrooms are air conditioned and with fans, living room with fans only. Large living room with 42' satellite TV. We offer also a "relax and Enjoy" package which includes daily buffet breakfast and four delicious homemade dinners, you can also order just breakfast or make it yourself meals. Facing the channel we have a pool and natural pond.
If you like fishing, the boat can pick you up right in front of the house. Cleaning service 6 days a week. Towels and linens are changed at midweek during your stay. Beach towels will be supplied at the Omni Beach Club only when you use their facilities.

Year Purchased: 1996
About the owner: I am Mexican, fencing Olympic champion, former tennis coach. I like to play golf, and swim in the ocean, like to sail and watercolor paint. Actually a therapist on Magnet therapy. Married with three children and 8 grandchildren. I have lived in Puerto Aventuras for 21 years with my husband Edgar. I like to cook and bake.

We don't live at the property, we have been living in Puerto Aventuras already 21 years. Our house is across the street from La Mision. We enjoy sports, Nature, privacy and security and I think there is no other place which can give you these advantages.
