This cozy Park Place condo is an end unit conveniently located at the corner of Four O'Clock Road and Park Avenue. The interior of the condominium was remodeled in October 2003 and again in November 2008. The kitchen which is fully-equipped for all your cooking needs has knotty hickory cabinets, slab granite countertops, slate floor and slate back splash with custom pine cone art design, accented with under cabinet lighting, and an oversize breakfast bar with four barstools.

Enjoy your meals in the separate dining area with views of downtown and Baldy Mountain. The large living room has a gas fireplace and a custom log pine mantle surrounded by a rock wall. From the living room there is a sliding glass door to a private balcony with great views. After a full day of skiiing, hiking, biking or whatever your pleasure is, try a steam shower located in the unit. Other amenities inside the condo include a computer with high speed internet access, we are wireless compatible, VCR and DVD library, 3 TV'S and a washer and dryer. With almost 1200 finished square feet this condo is very spacious and convenient to everything Breckenridge has to offer. Across the street is historic downtown with all the shops and restaurants and the Four O'Clock ski run. We are approximately 1 1/2 blocks from the Snowflake Ski Lift.

  • We were a group of moms looking for a weekend away and we found that the Trevino's condo was the perfect escape. Being close to downtown meant that we never had to get in the car. The place was very relaxing! All of the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. We would certainly go back again!!

  • We stayed at Trevino's condo June 16-19, 2009. We absolutely loved the condo. I wish I could have taken the kitchen home with me, the granite and tile are beautiful. My kids loved having their own room, bathroom and computer. The condo is within walking distance to all of the downtown shopping and eating. Breckenridge is so close to Dillon, (beautiful lake there), Frisco, Vail and Avon so everything that you could possibly need or want to do is close by. The pool was a short walk and a little difficult to find but nicely heated. Would defintely return to this area and the Trevino's beautiful condo!!!!

  • We stayed at Rich & Normas condo during our kids spring break from March 22-28, 2009. It snowed over two feet of fresh powder through the week! The condo was a perfect location and was stocked with everything a family needs. The newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, gas fireplace, and computer/internet access were nice!   • The condo was great for our stay in January. Very cozy after a long day on the slopes. Close to town for meals and shopping. Only a block to the shuttle and then ski all the way down to within a 1/2 block at the end of the day.

  • We really enjoyed our stay at Rich's condo. The location really worked great for our family. It was nice to ski in and only walk not even a block to get the ski shuttle up the street. We were able to come in for lunch which we prefer. The teenagers really liked the computer use! What a great place to stay. We hope to come back again!

  • This is the SECOND time we've stayed at Rich and Norma's condo. There's pleanty of Rental in Breakenridge, but none as cozy and so perfect. The location is AMAZING, within walking distance of hitting the slope, shopping, eating, and site seeing. All you could ask for. The hot tub was nice and the SteaM Shower is perfect to releave all your stress from the city. We will be back again, and again, and again!!!! THANKS!

  • We decided that as a family we would for go gifts for each other this Christmas and spend a long weekend together. Wow what a great place for a family weekend. We went up to Brenkenridge for the snow sculpting festival that was located across the street. The lifts were just a short walk away. The kids skied down to within a 1/2 block of the condo. My husband and I are not skiers, but found plenty to do. We walked to the gondala and road it up the mountain to watch some skiers and snow boarders. Down town was a short walk away with great resturantes and shopping. We went to Bubba Gumps for dinner, LOVED the margaritas! We spent plenty of time in the condo as well. Cooked together, played games together, movies, read. Two of us took our lap tops with us so the wireless was great. Our youngest daughters boyfriend is in Iraq so he was still able to come along on our trip. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with our family.
