This cozy Park Place condo is an end unit conveniently located at the corner of Four O'Clock Road and Park Avenue. The interior of the condominium was remodeled in October 2003 and again in November 2008. The kitchen which is fully-equipped for all your cooking needs has knotty hickory cabinets, slab granite countertops, slate floor and slate back splash with custom pine cone art design, accented with under cabinet lighting, and an oversize breakfast bar with four barstools.
Enjoy your meals in the separate dining area with views of downtown and Baldy Mountain. The large living room has a gas fireplace and a custom log pine mantle surrounded by a rock wall. From the living room there is a sliding glass door to a private balcony with great views. After a full day of skiiing, hiking, biking or whatever your pleasure is, try a steam shower located in the unit. Other amenities inside the condo include a computer with high speed internet access, we are wireless compatible, VCR and DVD library, 3 TV'S and a washer and dryer. With almost 1200 finished square feet this condo is very spacious and convenient to everything Breckenridge has to offer. Across the street is historic downtown with all the shops and restaurants and the Four O'Clock ski run. We are approximately 1 1/2 blocks from the Snowflake Ski Lift.

We just loved Breckenridge and wanted to invest in our 2nd home there. This was our first vacation rental purchase.

We purchased our Breckenridge condo because we love what the town has to offer year round! The location was critical. Downtown is directly across the street with all of shops and restaurants. The Four O'Clock ski run ends across the street from our complex. There is something to do there year round!

We had a quick visit to Breckenridge in early August 2011. The condo has everything you need, plenty of towels, sheets, etc. The pack-n-play is a great thing to have there, too. The location is UNBEATABLE! So close to all of the downtown shops, restaurants, etc. and walking distance to several trails, lifts, and the main gondola. We thoroughly enjoyed our summer stay and hope to get back in the winter!

What a wonderful vacation - one of our best ski vacations. The condo is so convenient to everything we wanted to do. Just about everything is within walking distance. The condo was quite comfortable and cozy, and well equipped. It was great having the washer and dryer; the kitchen had everything we needed, including a crock pot. We are already planning another stay next year!

We were very pleased with this condo. It was very clean, nicely furnished, and convenient to ski in and very short distance to snowflake ski lift. The steam shower felt great after a day on the slopes. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a condo to rent and will do so again ourselves in the future.

Thank you so much for opening your home for our ski trip. The condo is very convenient to the slopes and the downtown area. Just a very short walk if you chose to walk to Peak 9. We rented and stored our skiis at the base of Peak 9, very convenient. The kitchen is well equiped for cooking and it was great having two bathrooms. We would highly recommend.

We stayed at the Trevino's Breckenridge condo mid-December 2009 and had a fantastic stay! The condo is so cozy and comfortable, we loved the fireplace and the beautiful kitchen. The Trevino's thought of everything, the condo is stocked with everything we needed for our vacation, the games were fun for the kids and adults alike, even the humidifer was much appreciated! The living room was spacious and a great place to unwind and relax after a long day on the slopes. Oh and we were so glad they had a crib for our 1-year old and we didn't have to lug one on the airplane. The location couldn't have been more convenient, just a short walk to the Snowflake lift and close to everything on Main Street. It was also great having a ski locker for all our gear and covered parking! We would definitely recommend this condo and can't wait to come back!

We were a group of moms looking for a weekend away and we found that the Trevino's condo was the perfect escape. Being close to downtown meant that we never had to get in the car. The place was very relaxing! All of the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. We would certainly go back again!!

We stayed at Trevino's condo June 16-19, 2009. We absolutely loved the condo. I wish I could have taken the kitchen home with me, the granite and tile are beautiful. My kids loved having their own room, bathroom and computer. The condo is within walking distance to all of the downtown shopping and eating. Breckenridge is so close to Dillon, (beautiful lake there), Frisco, Vail and Avon so everything that you could possibly need or want to do is close by. The pool was a short walk and a little difficult to find but nicely heated. Would defintely return to this area and the Trevino's beautiful condo!!!!

WOW! What a nice unique atmosphere that you've lovingly created here-the family photo really adds to the feeling of warmth and "homey-ness"! The kitchen is beautiful and we really appreciate the movies, cute decor, and thought that came into this place. We'd love to return!
