  Get up in the morning, open the back door and take in the lake view, often with many birds enjoying the water. It's quiet and the warmth is starting to rise as the sun shines. Or jump in the car and ten minutes later you cross the bridge and you are on the beach at Anna Maria Island where you can have breakfast looking at the blue sea. There are all the facilities you need in the area, and the pace is slow and people are generally quiet and friendly. You can walk about 10 minutes to the local shops; also there is a gym and cinema within walking distance as well as a beauty spa! The villa itself is spacious and very well fitted out and also in good condition: luxurious bathrooms and a large kitchen and utilty with all the equipment and machinery you require. I have been there several times and intend to keep going back. Looking at the listing description on this site, the details there match my experience.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This spacious, well-kept villa and pool provide an ideal base for a holiday in the sun. The property offers privacy and quiet whilst being within easy reach of local shops and restaurants and is only a short drive from the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island. The well-resourced villa is a home from home and is a perfect base from which to see manatees, crocodiles, Cape Canaveral, Disney, large shopping malls and much more. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa whose owners were extremely helpful and efficient.

  After a hectic 10 days in Orlando we have enjoyed the relaxing 10 days in your beautiful villa. Such a peaceful location with everything we could need close by. We have all had a fantastic time and are sorry to leave.

  We have had all our holidays in the past 8 years in villas predominantly within Europe. This was our first trip to the USA. We have stayed in different houses but this has been the best. Spacious and airy - with a large family this is important.

  What a wonderful house – the place is perfect. To sit round the pool and watch the wildlife is worth a lot. Can’t praise the area enough, it is wonderful and we hope to return next year.
