Magnificent beachfront, Oceanfront condo located on the Gulf of Mexico in Marco Island, Southwest Florida, South Seas Tower One. Our condo is a much sought after 12th floor wing unit with endless views of the beach, ocean, and the City of Marco Island. Everything from appliances, bedroom carpets and furniture are brand new added June 2010. Flat screen TV's, game cube with games, pool toys, beach chairs - the list is endless. Sleeping up to six guests - it boasts 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a queen size pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom with its king sized bed and living room opens up to a 44' wrap around lanai with a view of the beautiful Tiger Tail Beach and the impeccably kept heated pool. The condo has a brand new (2011) fully equipped kitchen opened up for that fantastic view of the ocean, also boasts a smaller breakfast 5' x 9' lanai. It has two completely remodeled bathrooms (OCT 2011) with a walk in shower in the Master bathroom along with comfort height toilet, top of the line brushed nickel Kohler accents, quartz counter tops and very modern halogen lighting over the vanity. Guest bath has comfort height toilet, brand new tub, top of the line brushed nickel Kohler accents, quartz counter tops and very modern halogen lighting over the vanity. Fully equipped with linens, beach towels, beach toys and more - this is sure to be a relaxing vacation for your family. Communal washers and dryers on every floor (all condos above the first floor are not allowed in home washer and dryers in the Towers)
The South Seas gated community in Marco Island offers guests easy access to the gorgeous white sandy beaches of Marco Island. A sundeck with a heated outdoor pool surrounded by lush palm trees and well-manicured lawns graces the exterior of the high-rise towers.
Lounge chairs for sunning surround the beautifully kept pool. Tennis courts and a fitness room are available on-site for active vacationers. Other amenities for guests convenience include a common laundry facility on every floor, free in-home wireless internet (no going to the lobby) and covered parking.

We had an excellent time in Marco Island. The condo was clean, up-to-date and had everything we needed. It was tastefully decorated and the furniture comfortable. The owners went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We also felt very secure as it was necessary to use the key to enter or leave the building. The pool was great and we also enjoyed the beach. There is quite a walk to the water but we did not mind. We also enjoyed walking the beach in the morning and if you head to the right above the nature preserve you can walk the beach for hours. We found some great shells out there. The weather was great and the sunsets were beautiful. We ate at some great restaurants. Naples is not far and we enjoyed going to 5th avenue for dinner. We had a great time and would recommend this location to anyone interested in Marco Island.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My wife arrived 12/1, I joined later in the month, and kids joined us for the Christmas week. When my wife arrived (it was our first time renting on Marco Island), she was very happy and felt very comfortable with the location. The owner has made this unit beautiful. We have rented many other locations over the years, and have to say this is a top notch rental! This unit has everything needed, from a rice cooker to and electric can opener. Linens are clean, new, and fresh. Decor is wonderful, kitchen is awesome! Beach accessories are plentiful. Views are spectacular. Beach is HUGE! White powder sand. Long walks on the island are a must. Check out Sand Dollar Spit at the far north end (connected by sand bars under water)...you will find tons of sand dollars. Waverunner rental available from locals, as well as ParaSailing. We did not use the company by hotels, they are twice as much. The internet here in the unit works great. Verizon cell service is very good. Laundry facilities are nice, and when all our kids were here, we never ran out of hot water. We recommend this rental unit, and will be posting more reviews on tripadvisor, and stusreviews. This condo has been renovated and updated with beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of closet and dresser space. The end unit made for a quiet stay plus beautiful views. This is the only South Seas building directly on the beach which made getting to the Gulf easy for beach walks. The owner was prompt in answering questions and helpful as we planned our vacation. I highly recommend this unit!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay here. The property is clean and very well maintained, and the owners are most accommodating. The remodeled kitchen and bathrooms are lovely. The unit is bright, clean, and beautifully decorated. We have rented a number units on Marco over the years---this one is the best by far. Good Morning Cheryl, I'm up early enjoying the quiet view of the city on the north side. I really like that view - especially after the sun sets. A nice perk. The condo is lovely and I do appreciate the updated kitchen and baths. So nice and new - the oven works beautifully. The TV's are easy to figure out. I'm incredibly grateful you let us check in a day early. We've stayed here about 5 times and seen probably 10 condos. Yours is our favorite. We spent our holidays in Nov. in this beautiful condo with an amazing view to the oceanfront with sunsets, the pool and the sparkling lights in the evening over the island. It was a wonderful stay because it is very nice furnished and private. The brandnew kitchen with the indirect lighting on top and all silverware you need. Both new bathrooms are with vanity and a walk in shower in the masterbath. Thanks again to the owner, Frank !Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway.

Super location and setup. Didn't think I was going to be able to get my wife to leave! Owner was very helpful and supportive. No surprises, everything was perfect! Owners are wonderful to deal with. The location of this apartment is fabulous. We were able to watch our children in the pool (old enough without supervision) and thoroughly relax. We loved being able to watch the sunsets while relaxing with a cocktail. Everything in this apartment is top quality from linens to dishes and silverware.
