Beautiful, upscale condo directly on the Beach. We have 3b/2b with a King bed, Queen bed and two single beds. Unit has hard wood floors and and 9 ft. ceilings in the living room. The deck has brand new designer furniture from West Elm.
This condo is unique in that it is only one of two units in the building. It is the second floor unit with the other unit directly below it. This means no neigbors above you or to any of your sides so very private.
Approx. 500 feet to all the great restraunts and shops on Bridge Street as well as the Beach House Restraunt and Joe's Ice Cream.
Very important: In this tough economy, many people are renting their properties out while the bank is foreclosing on them. By the time visitors arrive, the Bank can own the property and the old owners are nowhere to be found. We have No Debt/Loans on our condo.

Great beachfront rental
Great beachfront rental
We stayed here for a week in May 2012, and we just loved it. The condo is ON the beach, and is the upstairs unit in a two unit building, so it was nice and quiet. The king sized bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. There were only two of us staying here, so I'll just have to assume the rest of the beds were as nice. The kitchen was well stocked, the living room furniture was great, and the deck furniture was PERFECT. The condo was really clean and well decorated. It was basically across the street from Bridge Street, with restaurants, shops, bars, etc., within easy walking distance. The owner was friendly and helpful. I honestly can't think of any negatives associated with this rental. Highly recommended!
