Villa Magna, luxury five-star condominium resort situated on the best beach in Puerto Vallarta.
The condo is situated on the 6th floor which gives you spectacular views of Banderas bay and stunning sunsets, while seated on the balcony enjoying a drink.
The condo is an enjoyable 15 minute walk from the Paradise Village Mall where you will find a supermarket, restaurants, coffee shop, clothing and gift stores. A water taxi can be taken from the Mall to downtown Puerto Vallarta. There is a bus stop two blocks from the condo were you can also get a bus to downtown Puerto Vallarta and a taxi stand is one block away.
Restaurants can also be found at the on-site Villa Magna Hotel, which also has nightly entertainment. there is also three swimming pools and you can walk for miles on the uncrowded beaches. No smoking allowed in condo.

This condo exceeded all our expectations. It was clean, modern and well equiped with nice furnishings. The price was great, better than everything else we looked at. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. We stayed there for two weeks with our 2 kids and they did great on the pull out couch. The resort itself is beautiful and exceptionally clean (there were people stationed full time at each bathroom on the ground floor just to keep them spruced up). The resort has 4 restaurants which were of good quality if you are a meat eater, but not as much choice for us as vegetarians. You can buy a 24 hour inclusive pass for $69 USD and if you time it right, can get two dinners out of it. The beach here is also spotless (although also a bit souless). There is an amazing turtle sanctuary 10 min. walk down the beach where you can release hatchlings into the ocean each night at 6pm. Fantastic experience (we were there over christmas though so might not be on all the time). Only minor thing I can say is that this condo did not have an oven and the balcony railing was a bit low for toddlers. Also, there is a small fee to use some of the facilities at the resort (yoga class, tennis, gym, etc.) if you are in a condo rather than the hotel. Although, in typically Mexican fashion the rules and rates seemed to change day to day. The water is a bit smelly at times too but we stayed in Bucerias for one week too and the water smelled the same there so think it is just mexico. We purified all the water and fruit and veg and did not get sick. We ate and drank everything in the restaurants too with no problems. The resort is more aimed at calm and tranquility than partying which was great for us as a family with young kids. Overall the condo and resort were an exceptional value. We had a fantastic holiday!Recommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car.
