  I cannot say enough good things about this property or the owners, Guiseppe and Chiara. I booked this property nearly a year in advance of our anticipated stay, and my communications were responded to timely and all my questions were answered. We rented 2/3 available apartments in this building, all owned by Guiseppe & Chiara. We rented the studio/efficiency with the Queen bed, and the loft apartment. We were four adults (one married couple and two adult women). These two apartments have a shared entrance with individual locking entrances within. Everything was as described and in nice condition. All the amenities were there. We didn't need parking, and we didn't cook while we were there. The steps are as described, but if you have never been to Positano before, you will still be unprepared, even after having read the descriptions. Get in shape before you go. Find a stairmaster and use it :) When we arrived, our driver phoned ahead to make sure the porters would be there and ready to carry your luggage down the stairs. This is included in your rent. They will be arranged for your departure as well. Pack as lightly as possible. Also be aware that in Positano, no one has clothes dryers. What they call a clothes dryer, in the US we call a drying rack. So bring clothes that are lightweight and will dry quickly. This property is well maintained and clean. The owners are friendly and available. The A/C works well, but if you are in the loft apartment, the upstairs can get a bit stuffy as the air doesn't move well up there. It helps to close the curtain between the main room and the kitchen at night. Just a tip. We were also welcomed to use items from the garden although because of the time of our stay. this really meant only the yummy lemons! WHEN I return to Positano, I will stay here again. There is nothing that can be improved upon. The location is perfect. The accommodations are wonderful. The landlords are lovely. The rent is more than fair. If you look at the availability on their calendar, you will see that these apartments are rented out very far in advance, and there is good reason for this. You must stay here. Thank you for such a lovely stay. We enjoyed our stay in Positano very much, and when we plan our return we will stay in your lovely apartment again. And the Easter cake was delicious!   The property was everything it was advertised to be. The photos depicted the property perfectly. It was clean and well maintained, Giuseppe and Chiara made you feel more like family than guests. The location was fabulous. You can get just about anywhere very easily. It was very relaxing to sit out on the veranda and take in the beautiful view. Giuseppe and Chiara were extremely helpful in suggesting restaurants and activities. I can not say enough good things about the property and the owners.. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Positano. I hope to be able to return in 2013. Mi dica grazie mille Giuseppe e Chiara.

  We had the most amazing time in Positano! The villa was beautiful, spacious and clean with the most incredible view. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to relax and could have literally spent weeks sitting on the balcony, sipping wine and breathing the scented sea air...heavenly. And equally as incredible was Chiara. Not only did she go above and beyond all expectations, her warm smile made us feel instantly welcome. Grazie Mille Chiara and Giuseppe, until we see you again!

  The apartment has the best view of Positano, and is an easy walk to town and the beaches. We spent our honeymoon at Le Sirene and we honestly could not have chosen a better place. The owners went out of their way to create a memorable experience - from calling porters for our bags, providing us fresh local fruit, giving amazing recommendations, arranging parking, and helping with all aspects of our stay. They are such nice and caring people. And not only does the villa have incredible views, it also has an amazing garden. This is the perfect place to stay in Positano, and is much better than the best hotels in town which cost 4x the price. Thanks again Chiara and Joe!

  We recently returned from a fabulous stay at Villa Sirene. We have visited Positano several times before always staying in hotels. Staying at the villa was just magical. We visited the local grocery store and many wonderful restaurants as though we lived there. I even made dinner and we ate on the balcony with candle light listening to the music below. The villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures. Chiara and Jovy were the best hosts always eager to assist us and gave us wine and pasteries. I left my camera on the ferry and they were so nice to help us get it back.The only thing that you should be aware of is there are lots of steps. However, we adjusted very quickly. Everyone should visit Positano and staying at the villa is truly a memorable experience.

  My mother, 15 year old daughter, and I stayed in this villa in June of 2012. Chiara and her husband met us and insured that our bags were taken down by the porters as soon as we arrived. They did an excellent job of explaining the apartment to us. The apartment is exactly as stated. It is very clean--from the sheets, to the towels, to all of the fixtures in the villa. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Enough hot water to accomodate 3 females. What is outstanding is the view. We had breakfast on the patio every morning, using the fresh fruit that Chiara and her husband left us. We also walked to the local market to buy additional fruit and items. We also had fresh lemon from the trees in the garden for our water every day. In the evening, we enjoyed watching the people down at the beach and in the church piazza. My favorite memory was falling asleep to the sounds of the waves and Italian singing coming up from the city below. The memory is so rich, that it is what is driving me to be absolutely positive I will be back just to relax over listening to those sounds. The visual of the white billowing curtains blowing in the wind with those sounds in the black of night was amazing! As 3 females traveling together, we wanted a place that we felt very safe, Villa Le Sirene most certainly provided that atmosphere. There was a locked entrance to the walkway, a locked foyer, and then a locked apartment door. Not that we ever felt insecure in Positano....it was the most beautiful place I think we could have been in Italy. The villa is within walking distance of the beach, the town, and many excellent restaurants. Please be aware that there truly is only one street in Positano so everything else is steps. It was 266 steps from the beach to our villa. It is a lot of steps, but you just need to take it slowly, rest, and remember you are burning off all those gelatto calories! Chiara-THANK YOU for an amazing stay. Thanks for the extra touches like the tiramasu. I pray that the health issues you shared with us will be resolved or at least lessened in the near future...thanks for spending some time just talking with us! Also, please know that I will be contacting you again in the future about coming back...We plan to come back in June of 2014. Next year, I think we will stay closer to home and do something in the States. God Bless!

  Chip and I stayed at Villa Le Sirene from May 5, 2012 through May 12, 2012. On May 10, we were married in Positano, which was an amazing experience. Chiara and Giuseppe, from the first day we arrived, treated us as if they had known us forever with their hospitality and kind hearts. The villa was a perfect place to stay for the location, the views and the quaint, comfortable surrounds of the villa. We had our own garden, which we picked vegetables from, our own lemon trees, which we picked our own fresh lemons from and some of the most beautiful views of all of Positano. They helped make our wedding day/week more special then we could have ever imagined. We highly recommend you stay at this magnificent villa. We will absolutely be back for our anniversary.

  My husband and I stayed here in late August, early September. The apartment is exactly like it is shown on the web. It's absolutely lovely with two balconies! We spent many evenings watching the sunset and the people around the church square below, while enjoying a lovely bottle of wine. Chiara and her husband were the absolute best hosts! I do recommend you remember Positano is very hilly, so pack light! The porters had to carry our luggage down the steep stairs to the apartment when we arrived. It is a long, steep walk either up or down, but we found the exercise exhilarating, after the first day! I would highly recommend Villa Le Sirene, for its location, beauty and lovely hosts! Thanks Chiara! By the way, she makes the best chocolate/almond cake! It was very rich, but delicious!

  My wife and I stayed at this apartment from October 22-26, 2011 and loved every minute! Guiseppi picked us up from the SITA bus stop and escorted us to the apartment. It was evening when we arrived and the view absolutely took my breath away! A long and tiring day of travel to Positano simply evaporated as the energy flowed back into us. A gift bottle of red wine was thoughtfully provided, along with a supply of coffee, spices, sugar, tea, etc. Everything about the apartment is first rate. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of dishes, cutlery and appliances. The furnishings are antique and in good shape. Everything is clean and inviting. The cupola ceiling is a work of art in itself, lovely to gaze at in the morning. Guiseppi gave us tips on the best places to dine, where to shop, how to get around town and even left a cell phone for us to contact him if necessary. Chiara dropped by one day with two dozen delicious Italian pastries. We had planned to visit Ravello, Capri, and Amalfi, but when we saw Positano, we just felt that we had the best of Italy right at our doorstep. Enjoying a coffee on the balcony was heavenly, day or night. Sounds from children playing soccer in the church courtyard would occasionally drift up. We give this property the highest recommendation of any that we have stayed at. We would love to return and hope some day to do just that.

  This place is fabulous!! The view is spectacular and so are the owners.walking distance to everything.We can't wait to come back to positano and we hope to have the opertunity to rent this beautiful villa again.
