  The stay was wonderful! It rained for the weekend... but the condo was so nice that sitting around was as relaxing as being on the beach. The balcony was awesome. The views were super and the appliances, and all the amenities were perfect. We plan on staying here many more times to come. Thanks for keeping the place so nice and clean. Very satisfied.

  My wife and some of our friends rented this condo and all of us were very well pleased with it. The view was excellent. Every part of the condo was clean and well taken care of. We didn't experience any problems and had just a wonderful time. The indoor and outdoor hot tubs were wonderful for relaxing and it was not packed out so we had privacy. Dealing with the owners was amazing. So nice and easy to deal with. More than willing to help out in every way. Would recommend to everyone.

  All of the people that I talked to were extremely helpful and friendly. Before we left they answered all of the questions I could think of and they even sent an email with the projected forecast for the week. Upon arrival there were a few things in the condo broken due to daily wear and tear but nothing too extreme. I sent an email just to let them know for people staying in the future and they sent a maintenance man out to fix everything! I couldn't be happier with the service we received and we will stay there in the future.

  Wonderful condo in a great location. Conveniently located to Broadway at the Beach. Wonderful views from the 14th floor balcony.

  Enjoyed our stay. Overall the size of the unit was very good for a large group, and laid out nicely, but the beds were not comfortable at all. There were light fixtures that were out, and no replacement bulbs to be found and the sheets were too big for the beds and kept sliding off, making sleeping a little more challenging. It was nice having an elevator to get to our unit and the rolling carts located downstairs were a god-send with small kids and older seniors. We were there in the winter, New Years, and had one warm day outside in the hot tubs, but otherwise the inside pools and hot tubs were a nice treat. I would return and would consider this unit again.

  We spent Thanksgiving in this unit with Family from Iowa. It was perfect for all 3 families with an amazing view of the ocean. Can't say enough how nice this unit was! We will be looking for this unit during future visits! Rachel at Greenway was very professional and great to deal with! This was a very easy rental.

  We have leased this condo 3 times. Everything is excellent. The location is great. Everything is nearby. The condo is clean and well maintained. The beach access is excellent.

  My high school friends and I gathered for 4 days along with everyone's wives and kids. I can honestly say it was one of the best vacations i have ever taken. The condo was beautiful. We spent majority of our time in the balcony with the best view. Since it is on the 14th floor, it is so quiet and cool in the balcony that we never wanted to leave. The view of the beach is also breath taking from the balcony. The place is very well maintained with clean bathrooms and bedrooms. The complex also has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs along with a lazy river. Perfect location for family vacations and reunions. My friends and i have started to plan another trip there next year around the same time and cant wait to go back.

  We recently stayed at this property for our family vacation and it was wonderful! All the amenities were there and the view was spectacular! The wrap around balcony was amazing. There was plenty of space for swimming and the beach access was exteremly convenient. I would recommend this to all of my friends and family!
