We had a delightful time staying at Bright Beach Cottage for a week. It was convenient to everything - the beach, Kennebunkport, Kittery and Freeport. The beds were so comfortable. The photos of the rooms were accurate and there were no surprises when we got there. The "Pool" general store / restaurant was convenient and yummy. A definite plus. Would definitely be back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, pet owners, age 55+, girls getaway.

The cottage is bright and airy, with wonderful ocean breezes. It is well-stocked, with very comfortable bedding, and plenty of places to sit and read. The view over the back pool is so pretty, with the lobster boats heading out in the morning, and in the evenings, you get a clear view of the sunsets. We biked, kayaked and had many long walks on the beach. Sarah was very helpful, and we would recommend this spot to anyone seeking a peaceful beach vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.

What a gem this apartment is! It overlooks the pool on one side and the ocean on the other. The apartment itself is well appointed and clean; a real plus for any renter. The owner was very helpful and answered all questions and concerns promptly. A great place to stay if you love to walk beautiful Fortunes Rocks Beach. You're also close to Kennebunkport, Portland, and Freeport, all offering loads of shopping, dining and other fun activities. I would stay hear again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone who loves the Biddeford Pool area.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, pet owners, age 55+, girls getaway.
