This is a one month or more rental. The Royal Seafarer is located right in the center of the 4 mile beach-the premier location on the beach. Our beach front condo looks directly out to the beach and all the way down to famous Tiger Tail Beach. Set on our balcony and enjoy the activity all day long and don't forget to hang around for the magnificent sunsets. Enjoy our white sandy beaches. You can walk for miles - go toward Tiger Tail and you can walk forever and enjoy the shelling. This is the place to relax and have fun. NOTE; PICK UP A FREE COPY OF THE MARCO REVIEW FOR INFORMATION ON RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING, ACTIVITIES, ETC. IT IS AVAILABLE ALMOST ANYPLACE/STORE ON THE ISLAND.
At the Royal Seafarer you are in a luxury environment with many amenities at your disposal. Play tennis-bring your racquets-we have 2 tennis courts. Want to exercise-we have a fitness room with state of the art Life Fitness equipment (treadmills, elliptical, bike, and a weight room-and the room is equipped with several wide screen TV's-each exercise machine has a plug for ear phones). Relax at our large pool-there are plenty of lounges, tables and umbrellas. Our social room has a library, widescreen HD TV, Refrig, Ice Machine, and wifi. And, you are like living in a private residence as there are only 6 apartments per floor in this 23 story high rise building with a new state of the art elevator system-there are 3 high speed elevators. When you arrive, you will be greeted by our friendly staff at the front desk. If you come in after hours, there will be a security guard on duty. For your protection, the building has a security system that monitors all movement in the condo's common areas.
Our unit is a beachfront unit overlooking 4 mile beach and North to Tiger Tail beach (See the picture for the view from our unit). This a fully furnished remodeled unit (no popcorn ceilings), with a new kitchen with a tray ceiling, granite tops, tumbled marble, new appliances, including a refrig with ice machine, George Forman Grill, and excellent cooking utensils for you to make meals at home if you wish. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, lighted dressing area, an excellent king size mattress-there are plenty of pillows. The master bath is porcelain tiled bath with a large walk-in shower and corium counter top. The guest bathroom has a full tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and can be converted to a king size bed without the 'slit' in the middle (just let me know when you make a reservation if you want a king size bed in the guest room and it will be done). There is a ceiling fan in each of the bedrooms (there is central air conditioning in the unit), for those cooler nights when you might want to open the windows and listen to the waves. There is a wide screen TV in the living room, and each bedroom has its own TV. There is also a DVD player, 2 CD players, and clock radios in each bedroom.
SUPERMARKETS DRUG STORES AND BANKS. Marco has a number of banks on the island including Bank of America, Fifth-Third, Regions, Wachovia and Iberia. There are also a Winn Dixie and Publix supermarkets, and a Walgreen and CVS drug store. The banks, supermarkets, and drug stores, are located on North Collier Blvd or near North Collier. When you come on the Island-at the second traffic light you will see Walgreen on your right, after the light you will see Publix on your left. At the next light (Bald Eagle Drive), you will see CVS to the right as you go through the light. Further down on the left, you will see Winn Dixie.
There are plenty of activities on and off Marco Island (see the Marco map and information on this property site). On Marco-rent a bike, go fishing, hire a fishing boat, rent a boat, take a sunset cruise, go scuba, go the Esplanade, Marco Walk complex (movie house, restaurants, etc. Again-pick up a copy of The Marco Review for shopping, restaurants, activities, etc. Also, don't miss 5th Avenue and 3rd Street in Naples for restaurants, galleries, and shopping. Also, there is Venetian Village at Park Shore in Naples. See what is going on at the Naples Philharmonic(it is not just about classical music-go to their site and take a look). Or go to the Everglades-and Everglade City-take an airboat ride or go to the ranger station for a tour. See wildlife on a self guided boardwalk hike. Also, Ft Myers has the Barbara Mann Theater, and the Edison, Ford, Firestone houses and Museums. The Ringling Brothers Museum in Saratoga (about 2-2 1/2 hours). Finally-Orland/Disneyland is 3 1/2 to maybe 4 hours from Marco-it would probably be an overnighter-but it can be done and of course the kids would love it.
The great thing about coming to Marco is that you don't have to do any of the above. Just relax, enjoy the beach, go for quite walks, watch the sunset, read a book, and discover the tranquil paradise that is Marco Island.

About the owner: We are originally from the Northeast, and we are retired and now live on Marco Island full time. We have made many friends on the Island, and enjoy having our family down, as well as long term friends from up North-they love to come down to paradise to escape the winter.
Why the Owner Chose Royal Seafarer:
We chose to buy a vacation property on Marco Island because of we had been coming down here for years visiting friends and decided that was an ideal place to come and relax and enjoy the good life. When one comes over the Jolly Bridge, you feel like you are in a different world-it is truly one of the best places to vacation in the world. A sign says welcome to paradise and that says it all.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The unique benefits of staying at the property are the people in the building. You are like family. Everybody gets to know everybody. The Royal Seafarer is a high rise, but in many ways it is a small building. It is comfortable. You can go to the social room after you work out in the fitness room and have a cup of coffee (there is coffee there every morning), read the paper, talk to people and catch up on what is going on on the Island. We also have socials where people get a chance to know each other better. We loved coming back every year and reconnecting with the regulars (owners and people who rent every year).
