Villa Nasua is a small, family-owned and operated villa located in Jaco Beach, Costa Rica, a short and scenic drive from the international airport.
Surrounded by gardens and gated for privacy and security, this cozy little retreat has 3-bedrooms, 2-baths furnished and decorated with a Spanish ambiance.
In the heart of Jaco Beach, a short stroll away from restaurants, shops, discos and the beach, the condos at Villa Nasua offer you the warmth and hospitality you'll find only in personalized accommodations, perfect for a comfortable yet affordable vacation with family or friends.
You will enjoy the privacy and comfort of having your own bedroom in this spacious condominium. Surrounded by large windows, the dining room is airy and spacious, and it is furnished in beautiful, hand-crafted wood.
The kitchen has a large refrigerator, a full-sized gas stove and oven, and a wide assortment of kitchen utensils. Beautiful tile, woodwork, good ventilation and high-ceilings add to its cool, graceful Spanish ambiance—and with all the touches of home: a living room with comfortable chairs and cable TV, and a dining room, table and chairs, table/glassware and coffee maker. Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms, one furnished with two single beds; the other(s) with a queen bed. All bedrooms have wood closets and a secure drawer. Other amenities: Full bath/shower on each level, decoratively tiled on floors and walls • Gorgeous covered verandas by the pool, a tropical garden setting, with lounge chairs/table • Large pool with outdoor shower • On-site security • Central solar water heating • Free Internet access • Ceiling fans throughout condo • A/C in the bedrooms • Large windows overlooking gardens • Housekeeping, towels and linens provided.
Costa Rica and Jaco have a wealth of warm-weather activities to offer--either exploring the country's natural beauty or sampling the active nightlife. Warm waters and climate offer year-round surfing and excellent deep-sea or inshore fishing, including sailfish, marlin, yellowfin tuna, grouper, wahoo, mahi-mahi and roosterfish. The fertile sea supports amazing underwater life—great for diving/snorkeling. You can also go horseback riding, mountain biking, or hiking along back roads, through pastures and national parks, or try rafting, kayaking, or an unforgettable canopy tour. Costa Rican forests are teeming with exotic wildlife; over 200 mammal species—including monkeys, three-toed sloths, kinkajous, and armadillos—and over 850 species of birds—including parrots, toucans, tangers, cotingas and the beautiful scarlet macaw—can be seen. Close proximity to National Parks and other attractions make Jaco the perfect place to stay for several days and take day trips to other locations.
The town of Jacó Beach is the closest readily accessible beach to San José and has the reputation of being the 'fun and sun' spot on the Pacific coast. Playa Jacó is considered the liveliest and most developed beach town on the Pacific coast. The number one attraction is the surf and surfers love the consistent beach break here and in neighboring Playa Hermosa. The active village is full of life at all hours of the day and night. There are souvenir shops, local clothing and artisan shops, ice-cream stands, close to 100 restaurants and bars, four casinos and several discotheques where you can dance until the wee hours of the night. So you can stay as active as you like or just relax and take it all in. No matter what your preference, let Villa Nasua in Jaco be your Costa Rican home away from home!

I stayed here traveling with a student group over our spring break. It was such a wonderful place to start off our trip. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is refreshing and clean. We loved having a kitchen available. The condos themselves are very well kept and well stocked-- I felt like I had everything I needed. The staff are very helpful and considerate. On top of it being such a nice place, its location just up from downtown Jaco couldn't have been more desirable. I can't say enough good things about Villa Nasua, it was a very relaxing and fun experience. I am excited to bring my own family here some day!Did you find this review helpful? My friends and I have stayed at Villa Nasua the past three years. It is in a great location as it is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and the main strip. Jeanette is a great host. The rooms are very clean with daily maid service. There is great security, with secure parking. The pool is also great! We plan to be back again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We would like to thank you again for our wonderful stay at Nasua. Feb. was the third year of staying with you for a month at a time and as always we thouroughly enjoyed ourselves. The gardens and pool are absolutely beautiful and the privacy is appreciated. Its comforting to have our transportation from the airport arranged for us. Everything is so conveniently located around Nasua and we love our morning and evening walks on beautiful Jaco Beach. Your help and knowledge in booking excursion while there is wonderful. Looking forward to staying with you again soon. Say hi to your family for us.
