Toucan House is a 1900 square feet, spacious home with a unique character. It is a ten minute walk from Bowman's beach with no streets to cross, located in a low density, tropical, secluded, and upscale community on the far west and "quiet" end of Sanibel. It is just a three minute walk from Ding Darling nature preserve.
The house, situated on an oversized and nicely landscaped lot, has two bedrooms and a large sleeping loft with its own porch. There are two bathrooms. The living room has a soaring cathedral ceiling, a fireplace, and a large lanai (called a porch in most parts of the world). The kitchen is brand new, sparkling white and bright, and the bathrooms have been renovated in the last two years. All furniture was purchased recently and everything in the house is of good quality. We have made every effort to provide anything you can imagine needing on a vacation.
This is truly a home where you and your family can relax and enjoy the beauties of nature and Sanibel Island in complete peace and tranquillity. Please No Smoking. Pets considered on an individual basis. Non-refundable pet fee required. Amount varies depending on size, breed of pet. Please inquire as to specifics.
MONTHLY RENTALS ONLY (this is a Sanibel law, not my preference but I do abide the law). Very competitive rental rates while we are new on the market.
