Enjoy views of the famous Arizona sunsets as they reflect off the mountains and lake from your fire pit seating or the negative edge pool and spa. Enjoy a glass of wine as you cruise the winding lake on your own private boat, conveniently docked out your back door. Set out your front door to the mountain preserve only steps away for a wonderful nature walk or hike the trails that are suited to both beginners or experienced hikers. Don't forget your water bottle! The wildlife preserve a block away is a perfect setting for those picturesque photos to remind you of your Arizona vacation. Whether you are fishing (catch and release) or simply enjoying a leisurely boat ride, sunset cruises are a must!
The large great room is perfect for relaxing or sharing a meal while taking in the breathtaking views. The 'disappearing' glass door opens up the great room to the outdoor living area creating an outdoor living experience while relaxing inside.
Easy access to Peoria Sports Complex, Westgate, the Cardinal’s Stadium, Lake Pleasant Marina and Scottsdale. Multiple golf courses nearby. You feel like you are secluded in your private lake and mountain enclave, when in fact you are only minutes away from everything.
Amenity Information:
All bedrooms have inviting decor and comfortable beds. The Master retreat has a king sized bed and ceiling to floor glass windows to take in the million dollar views. The 2 way fireplace opens to the jacuzzi tub and large master bath Bedrooms 2 has a Queen sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has a double bunk, double on bottom, single on top along with a trundle bed that pulls out to 2 twins. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the 2nd Bathroom with double sinks and separate shower/toilet room for privacy. The Media room converts to a 4th bedroom with the 3rd full bath with shower including both women's toilet and men's urinal in separate rooms. The Media Room features a large Flat Panel TV, pool table, wet bar and comfortable seating. Dine outdoors and enjoy the breath taking views. There is a formal dining room with a custom made alder table for 10. You'll have plenty of space here to both enjoy some privacy and for big family gatherings. The electric pontoon boat is easy to manage and is stocked with life jackets. The owners live nearby and are available for boat instruction if needed.

Spectacular home with great views and amenities. Owners very responsive and helpful. Felt right at home. Can't wait to return and stay there again....Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful time at the Hacienda. We hiked 3 days in the hills just north of the lakes. We took the boat out a couple times in the evening with friends. On the boat, we were able to see all of the neighborhood Christmas lights. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The Owner met us at the home and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and grocery stores...truly a personal touch.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We rented the "Hacienda" for a girls get-away weekend. This was the perfect home for such an occasion! The Hacienda was spacious, clean, well organized and ready for guests to feel right at home. The homeowners, Paul and Karen, were available to help us get acclimated to the home and to the area. They left recommendations for things to do in the area and gave us directions. There were times that we texted them with questions about restaraunts and shopping in the area and we received a prompt reply. The kitchen and outdoor grill area were well stocked and easy to use. There were enough dishes to cook any sort of meal, as well as spices to help our cooking along. Coffee and creamer were also greatly appreciated! The pool and outdoor area were amazing. We spent most of our time outside, day and night. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire pit, grilling area, and the dock. The boat was easy to drive around and the views were incredible. Paul was kind enough to take us on a boat tour on our first night. Throughout our stay, we kept thinking of more reasons that we could come back and rent the Hacienda again. We would host family weekends, dinners, holiday celebrations, couples and family get aways. The Hacienda exceeded our expectations and we would recommend it to others without a hesitation. We recently rented this beautiful house on Arrowhead Lakes for a family gathering. We were very pleased with the amenities, location, and comfort of this house. The owners are very accessible and helpful. The house was well equipped and the owners provided some nice welcome items that we really appreciated. About the owner: We also live in the Arrowhead Lakes community and love the beauty and serenity of the area. We so love living here that it is hard for us to go on vacation because we feel like we live in a resort area. You will feel the same way staying in Arrowhead Lakes.

To have the unique ability to live on a lake in the desert, with the incredible mountain views, makes this an ideal vacation rental area for people looking for an upscale area that is quiet, breath taking, yet so close to the 101 freeway that you are literally minutes away from all 'the fun stuff'.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Besides the breathtaking views the location on the lake affords you the ability to take leisurely boat rides and capture the sunsets on the water. Fishing is great, but 'catch and release'. It is hard to describe because this area is so unlike the rest of Phoenix, it is a true oasis in the desert.
