I stayed at the Studio during a 3 month project in Silicon Valley. The studio is in a very nice backyard in a quiet, safe and well-kept nighborhood - conviniently located to the downtown area/University Ave (a few minutes walking distance) and to the Hwy 101 (a few minutes by car). An own entrance guarantees privacy and parking is possible directly in front of the house. The studio and the furniture is in a great condition as shown on the pictures. The furniture includes all necessaries (microwave, fridge, hot plates, dishes, bedding, WiFi). Everything is very clean and in mint condition. The studio provides enough room and storage space for one person or temporarily for two persons. The landslords were very friendly, helpful and took care of everything immediately. I really enjoyed my stay there and this studio will be my first choice for the next stay in Palo Alto.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

This is a charming and quiet place for one person or two people, who are visiting or who are in need of temp housing. Nancy, the landlady, is always friendly, responsive and very helpful. True, it's not a big place; however, the studio had enough space to store my belongings. The interior is bright and open with a shiny hardwood floor (the pictures capture this adequately). The bathroom is super clean and the kitchenette sports a small fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave and two hot plates, allowing me to prepare my own breakfast or a simple dinner. The studio even has a small patio; it was nice to sit outside, watching the squirrels while enjoying a glass of wine. Best of all is the location: it's an easy walk to downtown Palo Alto (better even, bring a bike), and you're only a few minutes away from Highway 101, which takes you directly to San Francisco (it's a 30-40 minutes drive). I'll recommend the studio to friends, who are looking for a charming place to stay in the heart of the Bay Area.Recommended for: Sightseeing.
