We deal directly with The Summerhouse so you have all the services of the front desk 24/7 . We make your vacation hassle free!
All new from the bed frames to the mattresses. There is ceramic throughout the entire unit. The bathrooms have been tiled in travertine with new toilets and fixtures. The kitchen has all new appliances and granite counter tops. We have all new flatware and glassware.
The fridge has a water dispenser with a filter and an ice maker. No need to haul back all those containers of filtered water from the store. It's in your unit available at all times.
There is a booth bench at the dining room table to accommodate many guests and always fun for the kids. There are flat screen TVs in the living room with an integrated DVD player and in the master bedroom. In the master there is built in closet organizers for him and her with French door separating the dressing area. One pool is heated year round and the gazebo is great for an outdoor lunch or shade after a day at the beach.
At the end of the day enjoy a cocktail on the deck as you watch the sunset over the water. And when it's dark you can always see someone out crab hunting at the beach or in for a late night swim in the pool.
But at 11pm the night goes quiet and a good night sleep is easy.
The condo is located within driving distance to Pier Park. There is great dining, shopping, and a new 1500 ft pier.

I just wanted to thank you for the great time my wife and I had at your condo to celebrate our two year anniversary and my birthday. We were married two years ago at St Andrews park on the beach and wanted to come back to the beach for a quick break from everyday life. What a relief coming into your clean and comfortable condo. I would highly reccommend your unit to anyone who asks, very clean and in great condition. The beds are very comfortable and your unit has plenty of room with great views of the pool area. Thomas Drive is a great area on Panama City Beach.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Was just at this condo for a full week and it was the best vacation ever. Very beautiful condo. Loved every second of my vacation. The Summerhouse is a great property and staying in this beautifully decorated condo was the icing on the cake. The owner even called to see if everything was fine. The beds were very comfortable. The master bedroom and bath area is huge and I felt so pampered staying here. There was a sound system that could play your iPod and nice flat screen TV's. I am definitely going back to this condo in the future. Highly recommend!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

What a beautiful condo! We had a great family vacation in August 2011. The redecorating was beautifully done and comfortable - especially loved the master bedroom and bath. We have stayed at Summerhouse many years and this was by far the best condo we've rented. We will definitely stay here again. Sunsets from the balcony were fantastic - spent lots of time sitting out there in the morning and evenings - great place to relax. The condo is in a great location - away from crowds, easy to get to groceries and Walmart and plenty of beach area to enjoy. Many restaurants to choose from - we always love Capt. Andersons and enjoyed Hammerhead Freds with outside dining. We also enjoyed exploring Pier Park. Owners were easy to work with - quick with email replies to any questions and even called while we were there to make sure everything was OK. Staff at condo were also very helpful. Overall a great experience!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I wanted to write and tell you what a wonderful time I had at PCB. This condo was the most beautiful, comfortable condo I have I ever rented at Summerhouse. My friend who had never stayed at Summerhouse was in awe when we opened the door to the unit. I can't thank you enough for renting to us for a partial week. Unfortunately, we can't all stay a whole week when we want to come to the beach. But, I certainly hope when I am back in PCB for a whole week or a partial week, your unit will be available. You had everything we needed for comfort and relaxation! The seating in the living room was so comfortable and the beds were like being at home. Oh....and the "rain shower" shower heads were fabulous! This condo is everything the pictures show and MORE! Thank you again for sharing your lovely beach home with us. It was a pleasure! It gave me the rest and relaxation I needed.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+.

This was our 2nd trip to this condo. The owners were very friendly and helpful when contacted for a booking. The condo is very spacious and beautifully decorated. We found everything in working condition and very clean. A very family oriented place to stay.
