Large Luxury Cabin on Quiet Tahkodah Lake

  This is the second year in a row our group of friends has stayed at Tahkodah Lake Cabin. It was as spacious and beautiful as we all remembered. The large well-appointed kitchen is a delight to cook in and perfectly laid out for large groups. The fact that this house has two refrigerators is a bonus for our group. We use one as the food frig and the other as the beverage frig. It works just great! Natalie keeps everything in tip-top shape and is ready to assist with any need, small or large. A great addition this year was the new fire pit. All 12 of us could sit comfortably around this fire and enjoy the cool evening, the warm fire and the call of loons in the distance. We've been taking these weekend trips for 7 years now. Tahkodah Lake Cabin is, by far, the best place we've stayed. We would recommend it to anyone - but not during the last weekend in August. That date is ours!

  We spent our 37th annual Couples Weekend at this beautiful home. We have stayed at some nice places but this was by far the best we've stayed at. It was meticulously clean and neat. It was very well appointed with all of the amenities that you would need. We were worried that with 10 of us it would be crowded but we were pleasantly surprised that there was plenty of room. Natalie was extremely accommodating and made sure our stay was enjoyable.We will definitely come back!!!.

  Our group stayed at this luxury cabin this past weekend, and we were thrilled! What a beautiful home and setting - and it accommodated 12 of us pretty well. It was very clean and had everything we needed - we were very happy to have found this place! The lake water was clear and swimming was refreshing. There were a couple of kayaks and a paddle boat there for our use. Some golfed and others disc golfed close by. All in all it was a pleasure to have a place like this to relax and enjoy our long weekend together. We unanimously agreed that we would book it again for next year, and we reserved it right away before we left. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to family and friends!

  We stayed here for a family reunion. The appeal iitially was that it was just down the road from my uncle's place where the reunion was being hels. Upon arrival the home took our breath away and every person at the reunion insisted on a tour because we were all raving about it! The home is incredibly spacious and, in spite of having 5 adults & 2 kids, we never felt like we were on top of each other. The lake views were spectacular and the nightly call of the loons calming for us city dwellers. The furnishing and appointments were outstanding. The enormous wraparound deck became the focal point for nightly happy hours. We love, love, loved this place and did NOT want to leave!! Natalie & Mike, the property managers, were incredibly considerate and helpful. I don't think you could go wrong with a vacation here!!
