Our 2 story Townhouse features 1520 Sqft under air. Covered parking, large pool and deck just outside our patio.
Screened-in patio and screened-in balcony overlooking the pool and cabana.
Wood flooring through out the first floor, Mexican Tile upstairs, 2 master suites upstairs, Master bath rooms with his & her vanities, Shower and bath tub, 2nd bathroom with one vanity and walk in shower, large walk in closets upstairs. Powder Room / toilet downstairs.
Private laundry room.
Our kitchen is equipped with all cooking & eating utensils, refrigerator with icemaker, oven, microwave, for easy prepairing a home made meal. Just relax and enjoy.
Walking distance to Copperhead Golf & Country Club, is one of 5 golf coures in Lehigh Acres and over 100 within one hour drive.
MN Twins and Boston Red Sox spring training facility only a few miles away.
Lehigh Acres is east of Fort Myers and just a short distance from I- 75; making everything what Florida offers easily accessible.
For entertainment we have a 50 inch HD flat screen TV, Blue Ray DVD player, Sony stereo system with I-Pod dock and CD player. Broadband, Wi-Fi internet available at no additional charge.

Stayed January - February 2013. Really nice furnishings throughout. Beautiful pool and spa just steps outside. Very nice neighbors. Second floor bedrooms and baths work very nice for visiting family members. Sidewalks in front for walkers. Golf course 1/2 mile away. Super Walmart two miles away. Fort Myers airport about a 30 minute drive. Fort Myers Beach about a 45 minute drive.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

We spent a week at this condo in mid April and loved it! This condo is centrally located near shopping and a short drive from many of the gulf coast beaches. We stayed with our two teenage sons and they loved everything about it, from the pool, hot tub to the 50" flat screen and wireless internet. There was plenty of room for all of us and we spent many hours around the pool on the lenai. We would deffinatley recommend this condo to friends and family.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

My husband & I were extremely satisfied with this condo. It has all new furnishings, flooring, paint, etc. and was very clean. The appliances were also great. We were just steps away from the pool and hot tub and both were very enjoyable. We also enjoyed the other couples that live or rent at this site. There are sidewalks to walk or jog and a tennis court. The location is convenient for day trips to different beaches or nightlife/restaurants/entertainment in Ft. Myers. We would definitely like to rent this condo again!!!! We REALLY enjoyed this condo!!!!!!!! We would definitely recommend this condo to our friends.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

What a fantastic place to enjoy a relaxing vacation with a significant other or family! The vacation home was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable (spacious kitchen and family room). In the evenings the kids enjoyed the big screen accomodations, while us adults lounged on the lenai! A highlight was the pool with cabanas and lounge chairs off the lenai in the backyard! We were close to great shopping, restaurants, Gulf Coast beaches and activities in Fort Myers, and were within a reasonable driving distance of pristine Naples. Thank you for the many wonderful memories! We will definitely be coming back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
