Second master has private, tiled deck, flat-screen TV wall unit and private bath. The other two bedrooms have access to a full bathroom with double sinks. One bedroom has a tiled deck and flat-screen TV wall unit.

For an excellent bottle of wine, visit the Castle Creek Winery. The tasting room is a lot of fun and you will be allowed to choose a bottle to take home.

My family and I have been visiting Moab for over 20 yrs., and over the years, have introduced our family and friends to its eccentric energy. We could never get enough of it. When the opportunity came, we decided to buy a second home in Moab. We love the terrain, the views, and how there is an endless sea of choices when it comes to hiking and biking trails, both on and off road. We love cooling off on the adventurous Summer river trips also. We currently work in our own business and cannot take advantage of our townhouse in Moab as much as we would like. Therefore, we are excited and proud to share it with you.

Just got back from great 3 day stay in moab. Town house was spacious and very comfortable. Beds were great with very good bedding. Location was excellent. Would definitly come back and would recommend. Only complaints; we had 9 adults and there was only 6 coffee cups and tv in living area was impossible to use.
Owner response:We have restocked several items for larger groups. All suggestions from our renters are welcome and appreciated. We ask that if any problems occur while renting our townhome, please call us. We will resolve the problem immediately. The TV was fully operational, however, we found that it somehow became unplugged.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

Just got back from a really great time in Moab riding our ATV's in some of the best trails in the U.S.A. we had 4 couples stay at the Crimson Cliff Villa town house, all of us loved it. The hot tub was perfect, worked great and enjoyed it. Upon Arrival the place was very clean, all the items we needed where there. I recommend this to town house to anyone looking for a place that can accomadate a large family or group.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.
