Our Condo is located in Marco Island’s prime locale, The Esplande. Come stay in our beautiful and cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath Condo. The pictures speak for itself.
Full of life and activities, the Esplande offers a private pool, shopping, Starbucks down the elevator, 3 great restaurants, an outdoor bar overlooking the marina, and even a salon for someone just looking to be pampered for the day. This condo is only one half mile from exquisite white sandy beaches.
Marco Island beaches are not just beautiful.... they also offer something for everyone. There is jet-skiing, parasailing, windsurfing, fishing charters, shelling cruises, and boat rentals. If you’re not the adventurous type, enjoy the beach for a nice walk, lunch, or even watch the sunset at the end of a long day.
Looking to play a round of golf or even just sharpen your game on the driving range, you're in luck. There are numerous golf courses located within 15 minutes of Marco Island.
Also located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades. Here one can ride a swamp buggy, airboat, or explore other excursions.
Downtown Naples is only about 15-20 minutes from Marco and is also a great place for live entertainment, shopping, and restaurants. Marco Island also has an enormous array of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast food. The numerous waterfront restaurants are local hangouts.

Just returned from a week at this gorgeous vacation rental condo in Marco Island. It was perfect for my family with 2 small children. Melissa made the planning of the trip very easy and I appreciated her help when the blizzard approached and we were able to get in a day early. I would definately recommend this property to anyone looking for a great location, beautifully decorated and very comfortable condo.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Why the Owner Chose Esplanade:
I am a huge coffee drinker so it was nice to have a Starbucks just downstairs. There are many restaurants to visit just downstairs as well a great bar located in the middle.
There is a grocery store right across the street, a health food store that I LOVE about 2 blocks away. There is live music on certain nights of the week located right downstairs and salon that offers full services.

All of which offer great food.
