Cozy three bedroom, three bath home is just the ticket if your idea of a great vacation is rest and relaxation. The house sits on a large wooded lot that slopes gently to the waters edge. A private dock with covered deck is just right for fishing, swimming or sunning. A grill-out area complete with a large grill/smoker has a play area for children.
The great room of the house has a woodburning fireplace. (Firewood is furnished.) Nice kitchen with dining area. Sliding glass doors off the great room open to a covered sunporch. Two bedrooms and two baths downstairs (one with queen bed and one with two twin beds). Queen size sleeper sofa in great room. The upstairs master suite has a queen-size bed with private bath and lots of windows with view of the lake.
There is a detached efficiency garage apartment with it's own parking area next to the house that will accommodate 2-4 people. Small kitchen with eat in area, coffe maker, microwave, toaster oven,living room with TV/VCR, sleeper sofa. One bedroom, One bath. Additional charge of $50.00/$65.00 per night plus $50.00 cleaning fee.
