You will experience the best of all worlds, less than one minute to the beach on a palm tree-lined path (no busy streets to cross), the privacy of a gated, gulf-front neighborhood called Waters Edge -- on the south side of 30-A and a quick walk to the shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach!
Your options are endless. Spend your days on the infamous sugar sand beaches just 50 yards away. We'll provide two beach chairs, a table and an umbrella during your stay (March 1 through Thanksgiving weekend). Take a dip in your own private pool or lounge poolside on your beautiful teak furniture. After you finish relaxing outside, you can retreat to a cozy sitting area in one of the four oversized bedrooms or spacious downstairs living areas.
As you step into Inn Seaclusion you'll be impressed by the kitchen, living and dining areas conveniently located on the first floor. The gourmet kitchen is fully-equipped including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. An island with barstools provides a place for casual dining. Soaring ceilings and numerous windows fill the dining room with sunlight where everyone can gather for a relaxing meal at a large pine table that seats 8. The dining area is also wired for internet access if you find you MUST check in at the office!
The living area is comfortably furnished, with a 47" flat panel television with a Sony Blue Ray player. There are games, videos and books tucked in baskets for your enjoyment and a queen sleeper sofa accommodates additional guests. French doors open up to a covered back porch with a table and chair set perfect for a morning cup of coffee. The pool area sits just beyond and is surrounded by a beautifully lit and landscaped courtyard. You will also find a Weber charcoal grill, comfortable lounge chairs and a large table and seating area for that perfect evening cookout.
Inn Seaclusion features three master suites with king-sized beds, and a kid's room with two bunk beds.
The first floor includes a master guestroom that is both stylish and comfortable. It has a king-size bed and a full bath. On the second floor you'll find another master suite. Its peaceful surroundings offer a king-size bed, sitting area, and gorgeous gulf views from a balcony that overlooks the pool. A Bose stereo system makes this room a perfect getaway. The spacious and beautifully appointed master bathroom includes a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and "his and her" sinks. Also on the second floor, you'll find the kids' "bunkroom" with two bunk beds. A kid of any age will love the red, white and blue furnishings and the 32" flat screen television with DVD player. A private bath with full-size shower and tub completes this space. The bright and cheery "tower room" master suite encompasses the entire third floor. It boasts a king-size bed, spacious sitting area, and large bathroom with a full-size shower and tub. A balcony overlooking the Gulf with beautiful red chairs makes this room an even more special retreat.
You will appreciate that Inn Seaclusion provides areas to gather and to scatter, making it a perfect setting for one or more families. It is professionally decorated with attention to every detail. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and beautiful white blinds that open to let in the Florida sun. A washer and dryer are tucked away on the 2nd floor.
Should you wish to explore what the local area has to offer, you'll find an abundance of choices. A bike and walking path is just outside the entrance to the neighborhood. We are steps away from famous Rosemary Beach where you will find numerous unique shops, award-winning restaurants, and a relaxing day spa. We are a short half hour drive from Destin and Panama City Beach, both of which have numerous restaurants and unlimited shopping possibilities! The house has an extensive listing of recommended restaurants and entertainment spots from previous renters.
