Escape to your beach dream vacation in the serene luxury of this large, Caribbean-style, four bedroom, four bath, gulf view home. You will experience the best of all worlds, less than one minute to the beach on a palm tree-lined path (no busy streets to cross), the privacy of a gated, gulf-front neighborhood called Waters Edge -- on the south side of 30-A and a quick walk to the shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach!
Your options are endless. Spend your days on the infamous sugar sand beaches just 50 yards away. We'll provide two beach chairs, a table and an umbrella during your stay (March 1 through Thanksgiving weekend). Take a dip in your own private pool or lounge poolside on your beautiful teak furniture. After you finish relaxing outside, you can retreat to a cozy sitting area in one of the four oversized bedrooms or spacious downstairs living areas.
As you step into Inn Seaclusion you'll be impressed by the kitchen, living and dining areas conveniently located on the first floor. The gourmet kitchen is fully-equipped including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. An island with barstools provides a place for casual dining. Soaring ceilings and numerous windows fill the dining room with sunlight where everyone can gather for a relaxing meal at a large pine table that seats 8. The house has wireless internet access if you find you MUST check in at the office!
The living area is comfortably furnished, with a 47" flat panel television with a Sony Blue Ray player. There are games, videos and books tucked in baskets for your enjoyment and a queen sleeper sofa accommodates additional guests. You'll also find a radio and iPod docking station to play your favorite tunes. French doors open up to a covered back porch with a table and chair set perfect for a morning cup of coffee. The pool area sits just beyond and is surrounded by a beautifully lit and landscaped courtyard. You will also find a Weber charcoal grill, comfortable adirondack chairs and a large table and seating area for that perfect evening cookout.
Inn Seaclusion features three master suites with king-sized beds, and a kid's room with two bunk beds.
The first floor includes a master guestroom that is both stylish and comfortable. It has a king-size bed, a full bath and a 32" flat screen tv. On the second floor you'll find another master suite. Its peaceful surroundings offer a king-size bed, sitting area, and gorgeous gulf views from a balcony that overlooks the pool. A Bose stereo system makes this room a perfect getaway. The spacious and beautifully appointed master bathroom includes a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and "his and her" sinks. Also on the second floor, you'll find the kids' "bunkroom" with two bunk beds. A kid of any age will love the red, white and blue furnishings and the 32" flat screen television with DVD player. A private bath with full-size shower and tub completes this space. The bright and cheery "tower room" master suite encompasses the entire third floor. It boasts a king-size bed, 32" flat screen TV, another iPod docking station and a bathroom with a full-size shower and tub. A balcony with comfortable chairs makes this room an even more special retreat.
You will appreciate that Inn Seaclusion provides areas to gather and to scatter, making it a perfect setting for one or more families. It is professionally decorated with attention to every detail. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and beautiful white blinds that open to let in the Florida sun. A brand new washer and dryer are tucked away on the 2nd floor.
Should you wish to explore what the local area has to offer, you'll find an abundance of choices. A bike and walking path is just outside the entrance to the neighborhood. We are steps away from famous Rosemary Beach where you will find numerous unique shops, award-winning restaurants, and a relaxing day spa. We are a short half hour drive from Destin and Panama City Beach, both of which have numerous restaurants and unlimited shopping possibilities! The house has an extensive listing of recommended restaurants and entertainment spots from previous renters.

We stayed at Seaclusion in August of 2009 & 2010. What a great house! The pool is a great size and the deck next to it is great for relaxing. the walk to the beach isn't bad at all. I highly recommend this house! Thanks for the memories!

This was the perfect home for our vacation. We had 6 adults and 4 children. It is very spacious and accommodating. It is a very short walk to the beach (which was perfect-white sand, clear water), shopping and restaraunts. The pool area is plenty spacious and relaxing. We cooked dinner each night in the home and had all of the kitchen appliances, etc. that we needed. I will definitely stay in this home again in the future. The pictures do not even do it justice...it is perfect! Our family made many memories that we will always remember at the Inn Seaclusion.

We just returned from a week at Inn Seaclusion. Fall is the perfect time of year to visit the beach. The Gulf waters are still warm and the white sand beaches are not crowded. Temperatures in the mid 80's and low humidity made a day at the beach feel like paradise. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed during our stay. Pride of ownership is evident in everything from the landscaping to the beautiful decor, both incoors and out. The pool was an added bonus and the kids loved it. We ate at several great restaurants that are just a quick stroll from the house. The choices are numerous, everything from an upscale wine and cheese shop with a gourmet menu and wine tasting to the Cowboy Cafe which has a FABULOUS meatloaf sandwich. We were able to enjoy eating outdoors every evening. We explored the entire area from Panama City Beach to Destin and the location of Inn Seaclusion is truly the best possible area for a beach vacation. It was a wonderful fall getaway!

Beautiful home, well taken care of -- we felt like royalty! Beach is just steps from the house, we did a ton of fun stuff within walking distance, pool and BBQ area perfect for our family. Lots of details in and around the house that make it seem just like home. Great people to work with on renting, too. We will abslutely visit Inn Seaclusion again. Love Angelina's Pizza and Bonefish Grill in Destin. Shopping in panama City was awesome!

We were thrilled with our vacation at Inn Seaclusion last week of July. Beautiful home, pics don't do it justice. Pool was great, house steps from beach. Could not have been improved on. Would definitely recommend this spacious beautifully appointed house. Hope to visit again next year.
