  We stayed a month in Bullhead and found the condo to be very clean in a great location with wonderful views of the river and casino's. The condo is close to the boat dock so we were able to keep an eye on our jet ski's...We have made plans to return next year and will be staying in the same place, just had a great time , the owner is very friendly and helpful..we followed his instructions and called when we arrived...he also contacted us after about a week to be sure we had settled in and see if we had any questions or concerns

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  We spent the month of March 2013 at this lovely, well appointed condo. It was as described in the VRBO listing. Furnished with everything needed. Just bring clothes and food! W & D in the condo. Great location includes boat launch, oversize vehicle parking, pool, 2 hot tubs, convenient foot bridges to the islet for outdoor relaxing and walking. Water Taxi to the casinos at the dock. The renters at CRC were friendly and enjoying their stays as much as we did. Many are repeat visitors. Convenient to shopping, river activites, golfing and sighseeing. I recommend it to friends and family.

  We have spent the month of January here for the past three years and enjoy it more every year.The place is very clean and comfortable and is furnished with everything you would need to make your stay pleasant. The owner is very accomodating, and the location is great.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, adventure seekers.

  This a beautiful, clean condo and great for someone who just wants to sit and watch the view. Initial information provided to us by the owner did not match our experience when we arrived: 1) No trailer parking - had to unhitch EVERY time and park Jet Ski trailer and car in two separate spots - there are NO PARKING SIGNS everywhere, no oversized stalls, and overnight on the docks out front is not allowed - plus the river ebb/flow goes up and down so you may find your boat on the rocks in the morning 2) light cream cut-pile carpet, not renter friendly. So inconvenient after a day of boating on the river with coolers, shoes, used towels. Do not recommend for boaters, pets, or kids. 3) Air is set on some type of auto temp - so at night, every 1-1/2 hours or so, the temp would set back to 85 degrees and we had three nights of uncomfortable sleep 4) No cleaning service offered -- so the last day of our "vacation" was spent doing laundry of towels, bedding, mopping, vacuuming 5) Several flights of stairs from upper parking lot 6) Kitchen, dining room, 2nd bedroom are in back with no windows, like a cave 7) Offers an 80's style decorated interior including an iconic 80s defining Nagel print in the master bedroom. Small riverside pool and barbecue are convenient. 8) Only small grass area across bridge -- otherwise entire property is landscaped with cement and rocks. 9) No Paypal or credit processing for payment. Owner would take only CASH deposit and then received partial returned to us (in the form of a personal check!) SIX WEEKS AFTER we rented with no verbal or written explaination of the missing difference. (FYI Owners/Renters: the law is 14 days after vacating rental for deposit return) NOT A RELAXING EXPERIENCE loading/unloading trailer, walking on towels/rugs over cream carpet, cleaning and doing our own laundry, not receiving deposit returned -- and not boater-friendly for a river rental property.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.
