Welcome to our home in one of the most beautiful areas that Florida has to offer - Marco Island. If you have never been here - you must come and see for yourself! You truly will fall in love with this area as we have.
Our Non-Smoking home offers you all the amenities that you will need to make your vacation very comfortable. We have three nice size bedrooms - king, queen and two twin beds. We also have several sleeper sofas that can accommodate extra guests. The master bedroom has its own private bath with extra-large custom shower and has access to the exterior pool area. There is another full bath for the other two bedrooms that can be accessed from both the inside and the pool area.
There are three sets of patio doors that completely open into the walls to create a very open and spacious feeling out to the lanai and pool area. Vaulted cathedral ceilings throughout the main living area and twelve foot ceilings in the bedrooms make it feel open and airy. If you love to grill - we have a new gas grill, a "volleyball" style pool with a new heater, and a sunken hot tub.
Our home is located on a canal with great water views and beautiful sunrises. We have a southern exposure - so you have sun for a good portion of the day. Just several miles down the road are Tigertail Beach and South Beach - both public. You can dine and shop on Marco or in Naples - only miles away. You can also head over to Miami - 90 miles east - for a fun day trip.

Our home is in a great central area on the island. It is in a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a great pool and spa and nice view of the canal.

Griesemer Family - we are from Wisconsin and enjoy all sports, snow skiing, water skiing, fishing, baseball, football... but we we really enjoy going to Marco Island and just lying on the beach or fishing and snorkling.

This was my fifth time renting a private home on Marco Island, my first time at this house. The house is beautiful in pics, but even better in person. The house was very clean and well stocked. Through the entire stay anything I needed I was able to found, and that was impressive since we did a decent amount of cooking and even baking while there. The owners were very helpful when we had some questions in the beginning, if they did not answer the phone right away, they returned our calls pretty much immediately. You can tell they take pride in their home and genuinely care that your stay is enjoyable. I will definitely be looking to rent thois house again when we visit Marco Island next year. I rate this 5 stars, and on a scale of 0-10, I give it an 11.
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
