Beautiful, fully equipped condo! Even nicer than the pictures...The owner Amy was very easy to deal with! ( thanks for the welcome basket-a very nice touch!) Location is absolutely perfect, right across the street from 3 gorgeous beaches.... Love it!!!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

This was our second stay in this condo, and we have already made a reservation for the winter of 2014. We adore the beautiful decor, the modern complete kitchen...well, we like everything about the condo. We also like the ground floor...no stairs to climb, and the barbecue and the pool are less than fifty steps away from the patio door. It is exactly as described in the listing. One of the unmentioned features of this condo---the next door neighbors on each side. Neither rents out their unit, but rather, they live in the units themselves. They are pleasant, friendly, quiet, retired...and did I say pleasant.

Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Thank-you for an awesome time! Everything was there that we needed, the place was both clean and cozy. We loved the location to beaches, shops and restaurants! Thank-you for the welcome basket filled with yummy treats:) We would highly recommend this rental....and in fact already have! Thanks again:)

The condo was perfect, wonderfully decorated, perfect location and came with everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The welcome basket was greatly appreciated, we would stay again here in a heartbeat.

Relaxing two week vacation

The property was very clean and showed exactly how the pictures discribed it, the owner was very helpfull and acomadating for our needs, i would recomend this unit to all of my friends and co workers as it is very well decorated and centrally located in Kihei and we enjoyed being on the ground floor

Good evening Amy: Well Kim and I have been back in snowy Calgary for a few weeks now and truly miss what you get to live in each and everyday in Maui-- how lucky can you get!! We just wanted to send a quick thank you once again for how amazing you have been to us both times we've stayed at your spectacular condo... We have utterly fallen in love with the building, location and your decor(style). Everything is simply thought of on your part. Kim even managed to go to a viewing in the building to check out prices in the complex-- quite simply nothing compares to what you have provided. We soooooo want to brag to everyone about your place-- but our fears become that it will always be booked so far in advance as it usually is... Thank you again-- and hope to speak next year once again... PS-- the water issue was no big deal-- they had it fixed by wed. that week- and we were walking out the back door by that day on Wed. Plus-- even better-- there is alot more hot water now-- it is clearly noticeable... Thanks again! All the best! Mahalo!! Mark and Kim

Absolutely Perfect!

This condo was exactly as it was pictured. Wonderful accommodations and perfectly located in beautiful Kihei on Maui. Fully furnished, there are plenty of utensils for cooking and relaxing. The furnishings were warm and friendly, it was our home away from home. Amy (the owner) is very thorough and communicated well and made sure we were comfortable for our stay. My only request for the future (and other guests) is to separate your recycling. We only had one bag of trash at the end of our stay. Nearly everything was recyclable. The property has a wonderful recycling area and it's so easy to do. This condo is located at the back of the property and it's very quiet during the day. You're far enough off the main street through Kihei to not be bothered by cars or pedestrians walking all night. The condo is close enough to everything that you don't need to drive. It's an easy walk to nearly every restaurant and shop in Kihei and an even shorter walk to the beach. We had a great stay at Amy's condo and will be staying here again the next time we stay on Maui!

My daughter and I stayed in this condo for approximately one month and it became home for us. This condo is so clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We loved being on the ground floor with immediate access (20 steps!) to the pool so we could jump in and out whenever we liked and BBQ with ease. There are so many great beaches in the area within a reasonable walking and driving distance. Amy was very attentive and accommodating to our needs and we so enjoyed dealing with her. I highly recommend renting this unit.

Amy; Wow! That sums up our reaction when we walked in the door. A great place to relax between exploring the island. A great location close to the beach but far enough away to be quiet in the evenings. Will definitely recommend you to others planning a Hawaiian vacation. Mahalo for everything.

What a wonderful week in the sun & the water. Fabulous location for anything we wanted. Great snorking between Kam3 and Kam2 beaches. Fabulous tacos next door, excellent evening dining @ 808. Thank you Amy, for the wonderful place. Can't to be back.

Wow! What an amazing time we had here. We enjoyed your condo SO much, it was perfect for us! We really appreciated the welcome basket, what a treat after the plane ride over. Wonderful, centrally located South Kihei condo!!!

My husband and I stayed in Amy's condo from 5/17-5/24/11, and we couldn't have asked for a better base to explore Maui from. The decor in the condo is beautiful, and it was absolutely spotless. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed in terms of dishes and utensils, and the place provided a great spot to relax in after a long day of swimming/snorkeling/exploring. Sunset was an "Event" for us each evening, and the barely 5 minute walk to Kamaole Beach II was made even better by the cleanly kept grounds and yummy smells coming from the barbecues at the two pool areas. They also provided a binder with lists of recommended restaurants, and we definitely followed the advice given. Fred's Mexican place has cheap tacos and drinks on Tuesday nights, FYI, and the tacos actually are filling enough you don't anything else. I will definitely cherish our time spent on Maui, and I've done nothing but think about how we can pull off another trip again next year. This condo will definitely be our first choice for lodging!! Oh, and one last thing....the supply of towels was a godsend for us!! Thank you so much Amy! Sam and Ben Edgerton

The complex and grounds are all so well maintained, and the location is great. We liked the ground floor...no stairs! Location, location, location!

1/9/2011 to 1/21/2011...Amy has outfitted this wonderfully located condo with all that the ocean seeking traveler needs. It is decorated so exquisitely! A walk across the street gives you not just sublime ocean sunsets but also the BEST beaches on Maui...Kamaole II!! The condo has plenty of beach towels, two beach chairs, small cooler...perfect for that day of relaxing reading by the ocean. I loved the dishes she provided...coffee cups so perfect they made me want some for my own. The bed is comfortable and the linens top notch. Being steps from the gas bar-b-ques by the pool made evening meals a snap...pick up some fresh fish or a steak and relax on the lanai with the tropical breezes. Did I mention you are steps from some wonderful restaurants...yes, 808 Bistro is at the end of the driveway and to the right...wonderful waffles and curry omelets for breakfast and delicious 808 Pork Chop or Trio of Fish for supper...bring your own bottle...a real money saver! I am so glad that Amy has joined the VRBO family and given us such a wonderful vacation rental. Enjoy this centrally located beach condo...I know I certainly did!!! Thank you for the free wifi and free long distance phone calls...so thoughtful!
