Shoji Doors that open into the living room. Large Lani with Gas Barbecue, table that seats 6. Kitchen is fully stocked including a dishwasher. Full Size Washer and Dryer. Lots of natural light, cool breeze that flows through the unit, so no need for air conditioning. 4 large ceiling fans in the kitchen, living room and bedroom.
Stores are located 1 block away, with Gas, hair salon, restaurants, Grocery, rental store for movies, beach equipment and child necessities, such as cribs, car seats etc.

About the owner: Tony and Lori from San Francisco, California bought this condo in 2007. We renovated the entire unit, and enjoy visiting the Big Island at least once a year until we retire and can spend more time there.
Why the Owner Chose Waikoloa Village:
We found the Waikoloa area best fit our needs. It is only 6 miles from the best beaches. Restaurants are also within close proximity if you want to dine out, but we prefer to BBQ on the Lanai. Hilo is just over the hill about 1 hour and Kona is about a 20 minute drive.
