Why the Owner Chose Waikoloa Village
We found the Waikoloa area best fit our needs. It is only 6 miles from the best beaches. Restaurants are also within close proximity if you want to dine out, but we prefer to BBQ on the Lanai. Hilo is just over the hill about 1 hour and Kona is about a 20 minute drive.

Tony and Lori from San Francisco, California bought this condo in 2007. We renovated the entire unit, and enjoy visiting the Big Island at least once a year until we retire and can spend more time there.
