  We loved this property! It is safe, bright, and clean. The balcony allowed us to view the sea, check out the street scene, and enjoy a glass of wine, or morning coffee. The kitchen was better stocked than my kitchen at home! We could have cooked elaborate meals every day, but of course, being in Nice with all the great food....we only ate breakfasts here. Being centrally located, we were able to head home mid day after sightseeing for a break before dinner. It was close to the train station and even closer to the buses that took us up and down the coast. It was very large which was much appreciated after the tiny hotel rooms we stayed in during the first part of our trip. I have already told several friends planning trips to this area about this property.

  The owners have thought of everything and an almost-month's stay in this beautiful apartment made my trip to Nice easy, home-like and totally terrific. From this pretty place I could walk forth to every possible pleasantry of the city, and then come home to an impeccably clean, inviting "home away from home." My dealings with the owners prior to my guest status and their wonderful helper there were excellent. Use of the washer/dryer, appliances, and thoughtful "everythings" were a bonus.

  Everything about this apartment was perfect for us. It truly is ideally located - so close to the promenade and central, so that we didn't hesitate to walk everywhere no matter the direction of our destination. The owners had emailed detailed transit instructions and information about the area prior to our arrival and many maps & brochures were available at the apartment so that we did not have to waste time lining up at the tourist bureau. We highly recommend this clean, spacious apartment. You will find yourself planning 'lunch-at-home' so that you can sit in the sun on the terrace in view of the sea 1 1/2 blocks away.

  The apartment is the perfect location in Nice and exactly as shown/described in the photos. It was larger then I expected and the warp around balcony was a great place to enjoy morning coffee (which can be bought right below you) as well as a nice glass of wine before heading out to dinner. There are a lot of restaurants all within walking distance which where very good, though the apartment is well stocked for cooking in if you choose and there is a grocery store just up the street. The train station is an easy 20 minute walk and from there definetly explore Monaco and Cannes (easy to get to, the train leaves almost every hour during the day and very reasonable, well worth the trip).

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car.

  We loved the apartment. We found it spacious, equipped with absolutely everything we needed and in a central location making it very easy to find our way around. Buses for travel outside of Nice were conveniently near to the apartment. The balcony was a great spot to relax, people watch and take in the ambiance that is Nice.

  The apartment was all that we had hoped for and more. An easy walk from the train station even with suitcases and an even easier walk to the Promenade des Anglais. Plenty of room, lots of bright light, all the amenities that one needs while away and a great view of the Sea. Coffee on the deck in the morning and wine and cheese in the evening was wonderful. The location is perfect, a few blocks away from the hustle and bustle of the busier areas but close to everything you could want or need. We spent 5 glorious nights in Nice after a very busy week in Paris and chose to just chill out at the beach and spend our time exploring Nice. Plenty of restaurants and shops within 5 minutes of walking and also enjoyed cooking at home and eating on the deck. Thank you Linda for a great place to stay and can hardly wait to return to Nice and hopefully your apartment.

  Every detail has been thought of for a couple wishing to stay in the thick of things in Nice. We had a superb 10 days in this classic French apartment with high ceilings and wonderful proportions. Clean, well-kept, nicely furnished. There is a degree of noise at night, which is inescapable when staying in a down-town location ... if you want peace and quiet, perhaps the Cote d'Azur is not for you! Recommend earplugs. Before we arrived the advice we received from the friendly owner was second to none. On arrival we were greeted by a charming and helpful young lady. Absolutely no complaints.

  The appartment had it all and all details to make you feel at "home away from home" while on vacation is very present. Location is absolutely extraordinary-3 minutes to 15 minutes walk from everywhere you want to be in Nice such as beach (3min), Place Masena (4 min), train station (15 min) Nice port (15 min). By bus for one Euro to Monaco (40 min) to Cannes (1 1/12 hr) or by train to these 2 places (25min) & (30min) for some 7 Euros. I enjoyed the bus it feels real. I was there for Bastille Day and the fireworks along the beach lasted 30 min and it was a great show. Oh yes the view from the wrap around balcony of the appartment is breathtaking with the morning coffee. Lorettta greeted us and was very helpful in her explanation of the apt. and the surrounding neiborhood. When we return to Nice we will want to return to this apt.

  We just returned from a month stay in this apartment in Nice. The apartment worked out perfectly. It is as pictured and as advertised (a good thing) and the owner was a delight to work with! Location was perfect - minutes from the Promenade, close to the train station and many bus lines. Grocery store a few steps away as are restaurants and shopping, Using the bus lines in and around Nice avoided having to rent a car - a definite plus. Bus lines took you to all Nice sites (museums, tourist attractions, markets, etc) with little walking involved and to most nearby communities, including Monaco.. We used the trains for longer distances (e.g. Cannes). Definitely recommend using this apartment as your base in the Cote d'Azur!

  We just returned from four wonderful days in this apartment. It met all our expectations. Henri welcomed us and was extremely helpful. The apartment was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed strolling along the Promenade des Anglais (only a block or so away) and getting to know the area. My only complaint is that our stay was too short.
