Positively the closest Dillon condo to Keystone! This large, 1950-square-foot townhouse is part of a small, quiet complex of only 16 units located just 2 blocks outside the world famous Keystone Ski and Golf Resort. Centrally located, there are two other ski areas within 15 minutes of this townhome, Breckenridge and Arapaho Basin. Be right at Keystone Resort without having to pay the high Keystone prices! A FREE bus to the slopes picks up nearby!
This townhome is huge! The living room has a big, stone, wood-burning fireplace with plenty of firewood provided for your convenience. This room is large enough that both of the new leather sofas fold out into queen-size beds! A new 42" LCD TV is provided for your entertainment pleasure.
The large, U-shaped kitchen has an abundance of cabinetry and counter space including a double-wide granite countertop that runs the length of the room dividing the kitchen from the dining room and creating extra seating for four. All the new stainless steel appliances are full-size and the kitchen is quite well equipped.
The each of the three roomy bedrooms is located on a separate level within the townhome, creating a wonderful sense of privacy. The romantic master bedroom has a new king bed, a stone wood-burning fireplace, TV, and French doors opening onto a small private deck with views toward Lake Dillon and the snow-capped mountains beyond. The second bedroom also has a set of French doors opening onto its own private deck, a queen bed, and a TV. Off the third bedroom, which has a queen bed, and a TV, is a laundry room with a full-sized washer and a dryer. There are two newly remodeled tiled baths with one of the baths being a full, split bath to create two separate areas for greater privacy.
Everything you come to the Colorado mountains to do is within just a few minutes of this townhouse. This excellent location is within a very short walking distance of a huge lake, a rushing mountain river; an 80-mile-long bike path runs right beside the property, an award-winning golf course makes a crescent around the neighborhood, a mountain stream with its own pocket park runs right through this small complex. Ski three different ski areas with the nearest lifts only one-and-one-half miles away and a FREE shuttle bus with a stop nearby will transport you to all three.

VRBO Bear stayed here - 08/21/2006 This property was great for my quiet getaway. It's tucked away, so I felt secluded, and I enjoyed peace and quiet, but the townhouse is close enough that I was only a quick drive to the Silverthorne Outlet Mall or even the grocery store. I went on plenty of nature walks and passed by a beautiful golf course along the way.
The accommodations of the townhouse were wonderful. The atmosphere is cozy and warm, once I got there, I didn't want to leave. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the large kitchen came in handy when we were making breakfast, lunch and dinner.
This place is beautiful, and I had a BEARY good time in Dillon, Colorado.
