Our spacious Florida vacation home, set in a tropical setting and mature fruit trees, is conveniently located in a quiet area just 4 miles south of Disney and all the fun! You'll find many fine restaurants, shops, and golf or miniature golf just minutes away.
Our immaculate home is beautifully decorated and fully equipped to make your vacation a dream come true. Why be cramped in a single hotel room when you can enjoy approximately 2000 sq. ft. of pure luxury. Our formal living and dining rooms greet you as you pass through our entry foyer. After passing through the foyer, you'll find a relaxing great room area which includes the family room/kitchen/dinette and snack bar, which overlook the Florida room and pool/spa area. You'll find split bedrooms consisting of the king sized master suite and bath and a 'Surf's Up' themed bedroom with 2 twin beds on one side of our home and 2 beautiful queen bedrooms on the opposite side of our home with pool bath.
We also include quality linens, towels and pool towels, a fully equipped kitchen with many extras; a natural gas outdoor grill for some great cookouts; TV/VCRs in 3 bedrooms and a TV/VCR/DVD combo in the master suite and family room plus many movies for your enjoyment. Everyone loves the game room with billiards, air hockey and electronic darts and our relaxing Florida room or our pool/spa for soaking up some sun.

Of the 11 nights we spent in the Orlando area, 8 were here at your lovely villa. With 4 adults and 2 young girls, rest assured that we got a lot of pleasure from our stay here. Not only is your home beautifully decorated, but it has so much to offer (not to mention being well stocked with many unexpected items). Indeed your internet virtual tour was true to form and everything exceeded our expectations. During our stay, we visited Magic Kingdom, Seaworld, Disney-MGM, Cocoa Beach and St. Pete's Beach. Your cooler came in handy at the beaches! When we were not out, we enjoyed the pool almost daily--the playroom and just generally hanging out playing games. We also enjoyed the use of your good quality cookware and gas BBQ to make some lovely meals. All in all, what a wonderful time we've had. Your home is very lovely and one could not ask for more. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities you provide and the convenience of being so close to all the parks. Our family had a wonderful time, even though very exhausting. I didn't remember how tired one could get having so much fun! Your villa was lovely and very comfortable. We had a great time and the air-con was spot on. Every day we would go for a swim and then head off to Disney. Your home is better than any motel/hotel we could have stayed at. It was convenient and comfortable. Our children loved the pool and game area. Eight beautiful days of Fun, Sunshine and Disney! What more could you ask for? Your home has been fabulous for us. It is so convenient and comfortable. I am so glad we found it! The pool is great and we enjoyed a refreshing swim every day. Disney was our destination every day except our first 2 days. I think we did everything (and we are thoroughly exhausted). We all had a wonderful time this week. Your house is very comfortable. Love, Love, Love the pool! Thank you for arranging the sun to be at least 80 degrees at high noon everyday!! I felt comfortable enough to take a walk in the mornings through the neighborhood. Took me a day or two to realize there is a walking path through the back yards--very cool!
