Rustic condominium set up for family. Sleeping arrangements have no one in the living room even when all trundle beds and pull-out couches in use. Floor plan and furniture arrangement allows for multiple activities without interfering with one another.
First floor consists of the living/dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bath. The dining room table seats eight with its back to a conversational grouping of couch and chairs by the fireplace. Behind the couch, in its own area, is a four-person games table. Down a short hallway are the two bedrooms with queen-size beds. The shared bathroom has the sink area separate from the toilet and shower so multiple people can easily use the facilities at the same time.
The second floor has an open area with a queen-size couch, daybed with a trundle underneath, TV/VCR, and open floor space. A dormitory-style bedroom is behind this room. It has a bunk bed and three single beds, two that have trundles underneath. Two of the beds have optional railings for young children. Dressers, underbed drawers, and closet provide plenty of storage space. The bathroom again has the sink area separate from the toilet and shower to accommodate multi-use.
If one brings a car there is covered parking, but even better is that the condominium is directly on the town of Vail busline, easily walked to in ski boots. This allows members of the group to come and go as they please since extra keys are provided. So, come and enjoy!
