We stayed at Laura's home for over a week while our home was being renovated. Laura was very helpful and flexible with any needs or requests. The home is beautifully built, very high end finishes throughout and stylishly decorated. The location is terrific, within walking distance of downtown Encinitas restaurants and Moonlight Beach. The home has a great open view overlooking Encinitas and the ocean. The train is close by so if you are a light sleeper you may want to pack earplugs. This, however, was not a problem for us. The house is connected to another rental and the owner's studio so it's not completely private. But you do have your own separate entrance and private deck. Overall, a great place to stay!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

$2000-$2200/week non peak season $325 per night when booking less than 7 nights $2300-$2500/week holidays & race season $400 per night when booking less than 7 nights during peak seasons 10% tax required for all rentals less than 30 days $150 cleaning fee $500 refundable deposit
