This luxurious, post modern house, built in 1995 (by the owner) has over 4200 square feet and is located on two wooded, landscaped acres, only one mile from the white-sand, uncrowded, Hampton beaches.

The first floor contains a large gourmet kitchen with an eating area that accommadates ten people, five-burner gas stove on a large island, two dishwashers, many cabinets, side-by-side refrigerator, many windows onto the patio and heated pool. The 600-square-foot great room, with a 13FT ceiling, has a medieval style fireplace, two large sofas, stereo, a large dining table(seats 12) and two, French, double doors onto the outside deck.

The master bedroom suite with its separate den, TV and bathroom (two double sinks, bidet, over-sized shower, large 30-inch-deep tub) provides privacy and quiet place for reading or watching TV. One large guest bedroom with it's own bathroom is on this floor. There is an elegant powder room, a wet bar, and laundry room with sink, clothes washer and dryer.


The second floor has four large bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a big playroom with a second TV and game table and many windows providing views of the pool/patio and garden. In addition, the finished basement offers a tournment size pool table and a ping pong table.

The heated pool and brick patio area offers an outside bathroom and outdoor enclosed shower. The 40-foot deck contains a large patio table with umbrella and many chairs. Pool patio furniture includes chaise lounges, chairs and tables, with ample beach towels and umbrellas.
