  My family (consisting of kids, teens, & adults) had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home for a week. The pictures do not do it justice. It is beautifully maintained, and we had everything we needed for the week! Waking up to the views of the lake from the upstairs balcony and the master bedroom were amazing! It was a perfectly relaxing week of boating, late evening fishing right off the dock (my 11 yr. old son caught several catfish every single day we were there!), and playing games in the spacious yard. We even got to enjoy some early July 4th fireworks while sitting on the dock the last evening we were there, compliments of several lake neighbors. The perfect end to a perfect week! We are already planning the next visit! The owner was extremely easy to work with, and so very helpful. He even stayed on the phone with me making sure I was taking the correct turns after I called him thinking I had missed one. I would highly recommend this home....you will not be disappointed!

  My family and my friends (consisting of kids & adults) had the pleasure time to staying at this home for a 4 days. It is big hose with convenient floor plan enough for 3-5 families , and we had everything we needed. Waking up to the views of the lake from the upstairs balcony and the master bedroom were amazing! It was a perfectly relaxing even at winter, I can imagine that the summer will be even better. The owner was easy to work with, and so very helpful. There are just a few thing I would recommend to owner to do to make it more comfortable for future gusts. I would recommend this home to my friends. Thank you.

  The view from the home onto the Lake was gorgeous! However the inside of the house was dirty- food on shelves in the refrig, on the cupboards, on the kitchen blinds. Not enough silverware or towels for 9-10 people. The tile floors were sticky and dirty. Bedrooms had layers of dust and the water in the tubs ( showers ) drained VERY slowly.

  If you are wanting a house that is clean this is not your house. When we arrived we had to clean out all bath tubs to free them of the grim and hair that they were covered in before we could bath our children. The drains didn't drain properly and when we contacted the owner about it we never got a response back. There were roaches in the house both dead and alive. I was very disappointed in the how the house was maintained.

  This property is great. We took our company out for our annual outing and everyone was pleased with this home. We had a pontoon boat delivered to the dock and set up a croquet set on the lawn. The weather was beautiful and you couldn't ask for a better view. Thanks Johnny!

  Wish the inside was as nice as the landscape. The towels were so thin and only enough for 1 per person and some had stains on them. The couch sagged and the stove needed cleaning, there was stuff all burned on the bottom and smelled when we used it. The master bedroom did not have a shower so you had to go down the hall to get a shower, it only has the roman tub. We did love the outdoor scenery.

  We loved this place! It had everything we needed for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and on the deck looking out at the lake. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful! We found the perfect restaurant at Milledgeville called Jackson's. The food was wonderful (be sure and try the cajun crab dip!). Thanks to the owners for everything!

  The outside of the house was nicely landscaped; however, this is deceiving because the inside does not live up to the same standard. The furniture and TVs are extremely outdated. The mattresses on the upstairs bedrooms are not even sleepable because they are so worn out. The TVs are at least 30 years old, and you can only watch the channel that is playing in the livingroom on the other two tvs in the house. Pretty inconvienent for a large number of guests. There is only dialup internet available which is also extremely out of date. The kitchen was poorly stocked. Pots and pans did not have matching lids. Only two containers for storing leftovers. The coffee pot had mold growing in it and had to run vinegar through it in order to make drinkable coffee. One of the baking pans was rusted.

  Owner response: I spoke with the person who rented the home and he said he enjoyed his stay and did not write the review. He further stated that it must have been written by someone in his party. No one contacted me with any complaint during their short stay. I always go out of my way to make everyones stay enjoyable. The TV in the master bedroom was a very nice console television that worked perfectly and got a great picture. However, I have replaced it with a brand new flat screen TV. It plainly states on our site that dial-up internet is all that is offered in our area. We wish there was another option. We have had many complements from guests stating how well stocked our kitchen is. Over the years, we have had thousands of guests stay in our home and have only had glowing reviews. Please read the other reviews posted on our site including the review posted by the group who stayed directly AFTER this party.

  What a fantastic time we had at this beautiful lake house. It was the perfect location for graduation weekend from GCSU and much more enjoyable than any hotel room would've been in Milledgeville. The house had plenty of room for everyone, a well-equipped kitchen and magnificent landscaping & dock area. Lake Sinclair is absolutely beautiful and not nearly as crowded as other lakes. Sitting at the dock, watching the sunrise and sunset, while listening to music was so relaxing. Of course, with graduation weekend, we didn't even try to visit restaurants in Milledgeville, but who needed to? We were able to prepare our own meals in the kitchen and on the grill. It seems that every detail was thought through. Johnny was a pleasure to work with. We'll be back!

  My family and I had the pleasure of visiting this home last week for five days. This is a beautiful home with lots of emenities, including a pool table. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. With my husband and I working all the time and my working on a doctorate degree, this time was much needed and we appreciate the owners sharing this lovely place to relax and spend an enjoyable time outside on the beautiful grounds, fish and watch TV on the dock...very nice! Finally, the fishing is excellent. Catfish and Brims are abundance and very nice sizes. We wanted to spend some relaxing time outside, enjoying the sunshine, fishing all day and living in a lovely home, and we found it here!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
