  Wow, what a week! Our family of 4 traveled with another family of 3 and shared this condo. It was perfect as the adults used the King rooms and the kids shared the 3rd bedroom. Everything was as expected and the amenities very nice. The location is great as it isn't in an area with a bunch of high rise condos so we never felt like there were a lot of people around. The condo is convenient to restaurants and stores. It is definitely a condo we would like to return to again.

  My family has stayed at Spanish Key several times, but this was our first time in this unit. Booking the unit was easy, we loved the condo, and the first floor balcony provides a great view of the water. Additionally, the condo is in walking distance from a couple of bars and package stores, and grocery stores and restaurants are a short drive away. Pictures and description of the unit and condo are accurate. This is a great place to spend some time away from home. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Florabama area. We're planning a spring break trip now and have already sent in a request to determine if the property is available.

  Had a terrific stay here after Christmas 2012. Clean, beautifully decorated, and owner easy to work with. Would stay here again!

  Condo was perfect. Went down for the Mullet Toss Weekend at the FlorBama. Three couples. Had plenty of room for everyone. Loved that the condo had 2 king suites. One room had queen bed so it was still comfortable for another couple. Couch in living room was so comfortable to sit on and relax. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed. Only 4 chairs for balcony , but we had brought chairs so that worked out fine. Beach area and pool very nice and close to everything at FlorBama, but not too close that it wasn't relaxing when we wanted it to be. Owner really easy to work with also.

  My husband and I stayed in this condo for two months. This was the very best condo we have ever stayed in in Perdido Key, Orange Beach area. The condo looks just like it is pictured. There were no surprises, that you sometimes get when you actually walk into a rental. It was clean and nicely decorated. All of the mattresses on the four beds were very comfortable, and we slept great every night. My favorite thing was the master bedroom. It had a window view of the ocean that we could see when lying in bed, and also a patio view of the ocean. We used tiebacks to hold the drapes back so we could see the view at all times. We were awakened most days by the sun rise, and what a beautiful sight to wake up to. There was a small chair in the bedroom in front of the windows and I sat there and crocheted and just read and looked at the ocean most of every day. The kitchen was well stocked. I had pans to cook whatever I wanted to and this is the first time that we actually had all of the things we needed in a kitchen. The unit is quite spacious, and the tile floors make it easy to take care of and keep clean. There is a view of the ocean from the kitchen, living room and bedroom. The Balcony was great, and had comfortable rocking/swivel chairs around the table. Deborah, was very quick to respond when we called her, and immediately took care of what we needed. I would recommend this condo to "snowbirds" and also say that you have plenty of room to have guests here. We were close to several restaurants, and the seafood buffet was extra good at Hazels, Wentzels had good po boy shrimp sandwiches. (thirty shrimp on mine) We tried many different restaurants, and we liked the Steamer really well. We also visited two different churches in the area and were made to feel very welcome there. One was Romar Beach Baptist church and the other was the Point Baptist Church, at Innarrity Point, Florida. My husband is a fisherman and we fished about every day the weather would allow, under the bridge at Perdido Pass. We loved it there so much we have booked it for January and February 2013.

  We stayed at this unit for the first time this summer and throughly enjoyed it. We have been staying in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach/Perdido area for 25 years and plan to return to The Spanish Key. We met several nice families while we were there. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The owner answered all my questions in a timely manner and the unit was exactly as viewed on VRBO.

  We just returned from a wonderful stay in this condo. It was absolutley beautiful! The inside was tastefully decorated, it was well kept, and the view was breathtaking! We couldn't have asked for more. We were having a girl's get-a-way trip and we had so much fun! We loved the fact that the condo was gated since we were traveling without our husbands. It was conveniently located to restaurants and stores and within walking distance to the Flora Bama and the Waffle House. It was about a 5 minute drive to the Crab Trap where we ate one night and had a blast. We also enjoyed dining at DeSoto's and Mikee's in Orange beach. They are both excellent places for casual dining. Having 3 bathrooms was a major plus. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to return with my husband and kids before the summer ends. Also Hazels is a great place to have Breakfast, it's about a 10 minute drive from the condo.

  This was a very nicely appointed condo at a very reasonable price. Each bedroom had it's own private bath, it was nicely decorated and very clean. The Spanish Key condos are great - they have on-site maintenance to help you when needed, the common areas are extremely well-kept, and the indoor pool provides entertainment for the kids even if weather isn't perfect. Also, it is gated so that people can't just wander in this complex, and it is low-profile and low-density, so the beach was not crowded at all. The owner of this condo was very responsive to any needs, and we would rent it again.
