It could not have been more perfect. You seem to have thought of everything... and we all felt so comfortable! The pictures on the website simply did not do it justice. We were enamnored the moment we walked in! We are all talkingg about how soon we can make it back to your lovely cottage. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home withus! We did everything... took walks at Back Beach, found sand dollars, went to Cadillac Mountain and hiked near Jordan Pond.

This cottage is brimming with comfort and charm. It is tastefully decorated for both adults and children. Acadia trips were greatly enhanced by the abundance of loterature on hiking, etc. Wish we had more time!

We sooo enjoyed our stay here in April, off-season. No crowds, free park access, and no bugs! We went to the beach, climbed rocks, ate out, shopped, and just relaxed! Thank you for the wonderful time.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful hoome! We've had a most perfect week. The weather was delightful, and we were all over Mount Desert Island. (The children) especially liked biking on the carriage trails, swimming at Echo Lake, and driving to the top of Cadillac Mountain. Your home is so beautiful and comfortable... We truly appreciate your thoughtfulness. The kids loved the toy sailboats - they sailed them at Back Beach! Thank you!

Thanks for a wonderful place to stay. We all had a great week with all the conveniences of home. We used the grill for barbecues while the rabbit watched! P.S. Thanks for the babies' toys!

We encountered many acts of your thoughtfulness everywhere we turned. The moment the grandkids entered they found surprises for them. They were age perfect and very much enjoyed. Our accomodations were very comfortable with every detail attended to. Even sand tarp and chairs, a sewing kit, a good library and area information. We wish we all could stay longer. Many thanks!

We had a wonderful time this week at your charming home. We have never stayed at a place where the hosts were so thoughtful and accomodating. You have thought of everything, and we so appreciate it! Your house was great! I loved the pretty quilt in the master bedroom and enjoyed all the little details you had paid attention to in decorating. We had a wonderful time. We grilled a lot and ate many meals outside. We hiked and had picnics on the tops of mountains. It was an amazing respite in the midst of a pretty crazy schedule. Thank you for being so gracious to us!

We loved (Tranqulity Cottage) and had a thoroughly enjoyable week. We're deep into back-to-school, etc. and I look back very fondly on that relaxing week on Mount Desert Island. Thanks again for all your thoughtfulness.

We all loved your house - what a great job you've done in furnishing it so that we really felt it was a home away from home - comfortable anbd with evereything there we needed. It worked out so well for us - we had the downstairs and the kids and grandkids were upstairs. We all enjoyed the big eating and living area - tht's where we congregated. We had breakfast on the picnic table and played games in the screened porch. I know we'll want to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your vacation home. The house was commfortable, pretty and practical. I think you've covered all needs, for the house was well-equipped. You're lucky to live in such a beautiful area of the country.

We loved your place! What a nice house - we thought it was very well stocked and we loved all the information yuou left about the area. The sun porch was great and the deck and the picnic table - we loved it all. We walked down to the beach almost every day, and swam at Echo Lake almost every day - went biking, ate lobster, visited Sand Beach and Wonderland - an awesome vacation. Thank you so much for your wonderful place!

Thank you again for sharing your wonderful cottage! We've had a warm, sunny week and re-visited some favorite places: biking the carriage trails, lobster at Thurston's hiking around Jordan Pond and having popovers afterward, We also went to a few new places: hiked Beech Mountain, bought some great organic vegetables at Beech Farm, and we even went to the Maine Lumberjack Show!

Thank you so very much for squeezing us in. What a FANTASTIC place this is! So much larger and more beautiful than your website shows. We were thrilled to be here instead of a hotel. We do a lot of traveling and your home here is by far the nicest most comfy "just like home" feeling place we've ever stayed. I really hope to be able to come back again sometime soon.
