Fully furnished, with it's own spacious, private dining lanai, our condo is immaculate and impeccably maintained. Our vacation villa offers wide open space for six, yet intimately relaxing for two. It has new carpet, fresh paint, wicker furniture and is professionally decorated. Real luxury, comfortable Hawaiian feel. Don't end up in an old tired condo that is disappointing. We are on the Wailea Blue Golf Course, at the Grand Champions Villas, in the middle of one of three courses among the best in Maui.
Just across the golf course from Ulua Beach.Only a short 3 minute drive around the golf course to beach parking.
There are views of Molokini, the ocean, gardens, and tropical birds. Use either of the two swimming pools with spas and BBQs.

The website of this property does not do it justice. The unit was beautiful, in excellent condition and very well-stocked and situated in a lovely complex. Our family came to Maui for our daughter's wedding and it was the perfect place for our family to share this time together. The location was within walking distance to the ocean(about 3/4 of a mile......or 1/4 as the crow flies), the upscale Shops of Wailea, snorkeling (GREAT beach nearby....went there every morning), excellent restaurants, etc. We couldn't have been more pleased with our accomodations or location. I would recommend this property for those that prefer quiet, lovely accomodations, in a well-kept complex. Not in my opinion for the party crowd.

This condo is a great price in a great location. We had a great time. The condo is near the beaches, near shopping, and has a lot to offer. I would recommend it to anyone.

We found this condo to be excellent in every way - beautifully decorated, very nice private deck, very comfortable bedding. We stayed at 4 locations during our last trip (because it was a last minute booking) and this was by far the nicest.

My wife and I, along with another couple, just returned from Maui. We stayed in this beautiful condo for 10 wonderful days in June. It was paradise and we didn't want to ever leave! The condo is located in a prime location close to everything. It is well maintained and very comfortable. The common facilities met our every need - including the pool and the BBQ where we cooked several of our meals. I manage a 5 Star hotel and we have traveled all over the world and experienced many of the finest accomodations to be found. However, we have never enjoyed a vacaton quite as much as we did this vacation. If you're looking for and enjoyable, peaceful and relaxing Hawaiian vacation, this is the place! We are already planning our next trip to paradise - including staying in this condo again!!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We had an amazing time on Maui in beautiful Wailea! The condo was a fantastic home away from home! It was a very peaceful place to settle in after an active day of swimming/playing on the beach. It was a great place to stay with our kids! We will be back for sure (not soon enough for our liking). Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed the accomodations. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would find in your own kitchen. There were lots of "toys" such as boogie boards, water shoes, beach chairs, mats and noodles, snorkelling equipment, and coolers in the condo. The 2 outdoor pools were equipped with 2 BBQ's each and plenty of umbrellas, tables and lawn chairs. The grounds are very well maintained. The closest beach was only 5 minutes by car and shopping was only a 7 minute walk away. I would highly recommend this property!!

My friends and I just spent a weekend in this condo and it was great! Everything was clean and beautiful. The view was stellar and I highly reccomend calling "dibs" on the master bedroom! The bed was divine! It was so easy to get to and right in the middle of everything, plus they were really nice to work with on setting up reservations, answering questions, etc. If you have the chance to stay here...definately take it!

This is the place to stay...it is marvelous. It has everything and more one would need for a perfect vaction. The kitchen has more supplies than my own kitchen at home. The bedrooms are spacious and well decorated. The living area is beautiful. This condo is exceptional...a quality experience. The Potters have not missed one single detail. They are a delight to work with and respond to every need. Each room is tastefully decorated and the entire unit is spotless. You need look no further than this condo..it will exceed your expectations. When we return to Maui this will be the only place we stay. We are so grateful we were able to make connections with the Potters...we consider them and their rentals to be a true find. Can't wait to return.

My family of 4 stayed here for a week in August 2008. The place is lovely. Each of the bedrooms is air conditioned and it was great to have my two sons in their own rooms. Having a laundry available on the lanai made keeping up with the clothes easy. You are a very short drive to some of the greatest beaches on Maui. Bill has beach chairs, towels and toys to make the trip to the beach comfortable. Overall great place.
