Excellent condo - made the vacation wonderful!

We just got back from a one week stay at this lovely Grand Champions condo. The condo had a really wonderful feel, is very well maintained, and is at an excellent location. The condo itself felt luxurious, yet relaxed and put us into vacation mode immediately. in fact, thinking about what was wonderful about our trip to Maui, a big part of it was just relaxing at our temporary abode. Part of what made the stay so pleasant is that the condo is very well maintained. The grounds are kept so clean and the landscaping is very nice and lush. Our view from the lanai was gorgeous - lots of trees, flowers, shrubs, birds. The condo is also very well maintained. It's stocked with all of the basics and more, but it's cluttered; as well, everything is very organized, clean and well labeled. Finally, location is phenomenal. Within 5 minutes drive are Big Beach, Turtle Beach, and other gorgeous beaches. A short drive away is Kihei which has some shops and groceries, as well as a launch area for scuba and snorkel trips. And about 30 minutes away is the more "touristy" Lahaina (we visited but were happy to be staying somewhere quieter and with less crowded beaches). If we return to Maui, we will definitely stay here again!

This condo has everything you need to feel at home and you will be in absolute comfort with the added advantage of a location that provides peace and quiet away from the craziness of tourism. Just sit on your lanai and listen to the birds and see the ocean view in the distance, soak up the tropical beauty all around you, enjoy the meticulously groomed landscaping and perfect pool area with barbecues, and be away from the city yet close enough to get supplies or visit a restaurant. This is truly the best location on the island when you consider all factors of convenience. You will have no regrets.

Maui is a beautiful island, but once you stay in Wailea, you know that you have found the PERFECT spot for your vacation! We hope that you consider staying with us for your next visit to Wailea :)

A perfect 5-star condo that we absolutely loved!

This is by far the nicest condo for the best price on Maui! This is our 15th trip to Maui in the past 10 years so we are always looking for the best value. We were absolutely thrilled with how perfect this condo was. We loved the Grand Champions area and this condo was sparkling clean and in like new condition. We loved the warm Hawaiian colors. It was not cheaply decorated as so many rentals. The new full size washer/dryer was marvelous. We watched the beautiful sunsets and ocean from the lani. The Cal. king in master was just right for a cozy nest to cuttle in without feeling cramped on a lumpy queen. The master shower was as big as a walk in closet with 2 shower heads. We were totally spoiled. Then we noticed the new 50" flat screen in living room with 100 channels. Wireless for our computer worked well from anyroom. The kitchen was well stocked and shelves filled with help yourself items. There were many cooking tools and pans for our fish and fresh pineapple. Safeway is just 10 min, away and has the best filet mignon at their butcher section. Both of the swimming pools were lovely: family and adult quiet. They both had perfect heated spas and bar-b-q's. We went to the quiet pool to relax, grilled and ate our steak and fish there. The palm trees, flowers, and pool made an amazing evening. Across from the golf course are 4 of the best beaches in Maui that we can't say enough about. We were thrilled to find the condo was equipped for our fun day in the sun. The new beach towels, suntan lotion in the cupboard, boogie boards, mats, umbrellas, and cooler make going to the beach so easy and convenient. Thank you for supplying all of the needed items for the beach, that we didn't have to buy. We loved the turtles on the wall, fun place mats, beautiful bedspreads, and nice fans in each room. As always, the many birds and flowers made our stay heavenly. This place is like no other...we hope to return here often.
