  Place was clean. Wonderful porch! Badly needs a dishwasher. Kitchen stuff a big collection of old items Many should be replaced and upgraded. Owners very pleasant and anxious to please.

  We rented this lovely home for an extended family vacation. It did not disappoint. Children, grandchildren and aunts all enjoyed their time at Manomet. The home is set up for family interaction yet provides plenty of space for privacy when desired. The great room promotes interaction such as board game playing and the wi-fi allows computer time when desired. Evenings and early morning time on the front porch and screened in side porch are very special. The home was very clean and the supply of towels, linens and beach equipment very complete. We appreciated the homes rustic nature which reflects it's age, yet it provides a full bath upstairs and shower and separate toilet room downstairs. The owner is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. He took the time to orient us to the house and surrounding area, doing all he could to ensure that our vacation was was a success. The beach is lovely with pure, white sand and is very private. The stairs to the beach are typical and familiar to anyone who has spent time on Cape Cod Bay. All in all, this was a perfect vacation and we highly recommend this beautiful family home to others seeking time at the beach. We only wish we could have stayed longer.........

  I have stayed at this cottage in Manomet several times over the years, and always look forward to going back. It's quiet, peaceful, relaxing, and just a wonderful place to let the world slip away. You have all the comforts of home, and a beach that you practically have all to yourself - never, ever any crowds. I brought my husband there for the first time a couple years ago and he loved it as much as I do. We had a picnic on the beach, strolled down the quiet street to peek at all the other beachfront homes, went for ice cream at the old stand at the end of town, picked up fresh steamed lobsters at the point for dinner. It's the perfect place to kick back and relax. We can't wait to go back again!

  We've been “repeats” at this property for quite a few years now and it's always a joy to return. The spectacular location, the sparkling ocean view, the quiet luscious beach, the cool ocean breezes, all the comforts of home and the charm that this lovely large cottage exudes will always make it the retreat you'll want to keep coming back to. A great place to make memories!

  Our stay during July of 2010 was memorable in many ways. "Bay Breeze" has all of the charms you'd expect from a large seaside "cottage"--very spacious, modern conveniences, easy beach access and privacy. We found the front porch and screened porch to be instant relaxers for morning coffee and reading, and the beach area to be surprisingly private--clearly because this is a "neighborhood" beach with no real public parking, very few seem to take advantage of it. All the better. This stands in stark contrasts to the many Cape Cod rentals that are out there in the summer--invariably crowded, with awful bridge traffic and lots of noise. We're so glad we skipped the Cape--and came to magical Manomet instead. The house itself was great--it reminds you of family vacations long ago, with hardcover books filling the bookcases, spaciously living and cooking areas--the kind of place where you can simply kick back and relax with your family and friends. It was clean, the owners helpful, and a real find for the money. We'll return to Bay Breeze again, and strongly recommend it if you want a week to get away.
