This guest house is furnished with antiques, including three bedrooms with a full updated kitchen, and a screened porch and deck. You can access your private Lake Champlain beach directly from your front lawn. Moorings and docks are also provided for boats and water sporting equipment.
Woodhaven is available year-round and is pet and smoke-free. Daily and weekly rates are available for all facilities and reservations are requested. We ask for a deposit of one night's stay and we do have a cancellation policy.

My husband, myself, and my two small children stayed at the cottage while visiting family for the week of Thanksgiving. We weren't sure what to expect, especially considering the time of year we were vacationing. We were SO pleasantly surprised by the cottage and our stay! We walked into a warm, clean, fully equiped kitchen that had everything! (Right down to a wine opener.. thank goodness!). The living room is off the kitchen and has amazing views of Lake Champlain. The house was equiped with television, plenty of board games, and books. The bedrooms were great. The best part of the house is all the antiques and furniture and pieces! They were so fun to look at. Our children (who are 2 1/2 and 9 months) loved it there and although the house was beautiful, it was also very child friendly. The owner (Bette) greeted us and was very friendly and helpful. I would DEFINATELY recommend this property and I will definately be going back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
