You won't want to leave this fully equipped and beautifully furnished home that includes a large pool w/a stunning waterfall spa on the golf course with lake and incredible mountain views, once you arrive. This fabulous home overlooks the 6th hole and has tons of upgrades and amenities, including a propane barbeque, with backyard lighting.
The gourmet kitchen has slab granite counters with a full back splash. The kitchen features TWO large islands that are also granite slabs with a gorgeous huge matching granite dining room table. All stainless steel appliances.
The Great Room offers a large double sided very cozy stone gas fire place which radiates an ambiance throughout. The recessed lighting can be adjusted to your mood. The large and lovely entertainment center houses a 52" HDTV with a Bose surround sound system. Relax in this tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished setting.
The Master Suite is huge and offers a lavish bathroom with stone upgrades and dual vanities. The beautiful ceiling fan and large Calif. King bed, really set the room. There is a 42" HDTV in the master bedroom, as well. In addition the master suite has a separate area completely furnished with a huge desk and an extremely comfortable easy chair.
The guest wing has Jack and Jill bedrooms with a full private bathroom. Both have beautiful ceiling fans. The den/study is another quiet retreat, with a very comfortable reading chair and an exquisite ceiling fan, with a large beautiful bookcase.
The golf course and lake can be viewed from the comfort of inside the house. The kitchen, dining area, great room and master bedroom all have wonderful views of the lake on the golf course. Outside overlooking the golf course, enjoy the sparkling salt water pool and large refreshing waterfall spa. Furnished patio areas with barbeque are landscaped throughout.
The view is wide open and offers a forever mountain and golf course vistas. In the evening a touch of shimmering lights completes the picture.
Rental includes all bed linens, plenty of towels, everything needed for the kitchen. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Internet and TV service us also provided. In addition, Trilogy offers The Santa Rosa Club, with a beautiful fully equipped fitness center, resort swimming pools, game rooms, two on site restaurants, tennis courts and day spa. (Some resort services available at an additional cost). And of course playing golf, which is literally at your doorstep! For years Trilogy was home to the "SKINS GAME." Many many wonderful places are nearby, cultural events and casino life, all within minutes of your Trilogy home. This gated and age restricted community is the perfect sanctuary.

Wonderfully located (5 min walk to pool/fitness clubhouse, short drive to the golf clubhouse) well appointed and equipped home away from home. The backyard with the pool and spa is an oasis on its own with views across the golf course, yet private. The home itself is perfectly described in the pictures and outline. The fitness centre includes aquafit, yoga, pilates and a variety of other classes unlimited for $40.00 per month which we enjoyed along with the golf course. We didn't have to leave the neighbourhood for our daily activities. Our chocolate lab was welcomed by the many neighbourhood dogs during our morning and evening walks. Trilogy is about 12-15 minutes from Ralphs, Costco and the restaurants in the Old Town of La Quinta. We would highly recommend this property and area. The manager is close by and responsive to any questions or problems ( no problems were had by us!) We look forward to returning.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, girls getaway.

Well-maintained property with lovely views of golf course and surrounding area. Very comfortable for 2-4 people....great swimming pool! The Clubhouse gym facilities were good (for additional charge) and easy to access. Some great restaurants in the La Quinta area, but quite a drive into other desert cities. We were there for a month and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing around the home and the beautiful pool. The property manager was easily accessible, responsive, and very pleasant.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

We really enjoyed our time in this lovely home. Great pool and spa, fun for any age. Beautiful view and close to all facilities in Trilogy. We would recommend this property, owners very pleasant and quick to respond to any questionsRecommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, pet owners, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We had the good fortune to spend the month of February in this warm, welcoming home. It is an elegant abode with exquisite artwork throughout. The saltwater pool and spa were physically and visually relaxing and enjoyable.. The views of the golf course and the surrounding mounains added to the beautiful ambience. Old La Quinta which is nearby offers great restaurants, art galleries, and events. Just driving through the area is wonderful. The owners were easy to communicate with throughout the process and were readily available for any questions that arose. I would love to return and would recommend this property without reservations.Recommended for: Age 55+.
