We welcome you to our adorable 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath villa with incredible marsh, creek and ocean views. Enjoy watching amazing marine and bird wildlife from the enclosed porch or master bedroom deck. Just a few steps from the villa and you are at the community pool, boat launch and community dock. Try crabbing, fishing or bring your kayaks and cruise the tidal creeks. Beautiful North Beach is just a short drive or bike ride away.
VILLA FEATURES: Bedrooms are located on first first level and include private baths. The master bedroom features new furniture, bedding (including new king mattress) and 32" flat screen TV. Closets and storage space are plentiful. The upstairs living area includes a 42" flat screen TV, DVD player, CD-AM/FM-IPod stereo system and free wireless internet. The kitchen is fully appointed with pass thru area to dining side including table seating for 6.
Our villa guests enjoy full club access including two championship golf courses (designed by Robert Trent Jones & William Byrd), a tennis center featuring 12 har-tru courts, horseback riding, the Lake House - featuring fitness center and indoor/outdoor pools, beach pools and many other amenities. Seabrook Island is conveniently located less than 30 minutes from all the history and charm of Charleston.

First time on Seabrook Island. This villa was very nice- clean, well maintained, updated. Very nice porch overlooking marsh with ocean in distance. Only downside is villa is not close to beach; 10-15min bike ride or short car ride. With that said, I would certainly stay at this property again.Did you find this review helpful? Beautiful view of the marshes and a view in the distance of the ocean. Near the crab dock, neighborhood pool, and a short drive to the beach. The villa was well appointed, comfortable, bright and airy, and clean. We will be back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful villa. We gave up using our car and opted to rent a golf cart and use our bikes for the week. Most days were spent on the beach. We had a wonderful time watching the dolphins feed and crabbing off of the dock at the end of the road. If you're a nature lover, you will love staying at this villa.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a perfest size for a family with one to two children. We love to spend evenings in, watching the sun set, cooking, playing monopoly, and watching movies. This condo is fully equiped and provided all the comforts that we were looking for in a vacation home. We loved the beach, swimming pool facilities, and the easy biking riding. We also loved the easy access to stores, restaurants, and water activities. In fact, our daughter learned to ride her bike without training wheels during our stay! We highly recommend this rental and plan to go back next summer!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

About the owner: Greetings from Mike and Donna - we are residents of upstate SC after having spent 10 years in Charlotte. Mike is in the paper business and Donna works in commercial real estate. When we're not at work we enjoy playing golf, tennis, boating, traveling and participating in activities with our church.

Seabrook became a part of our life after relocating to the Charlotte area in 1998. Seabrook is a special place and we hope others discover it's magic. In addition to being villa owners we also have a lot on Seabrook. We just love the low country experience.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
Creek Watch puts us in the middle of all the island activities. It's a quick bike ride to play tennis or visit the Lake House and a short drive to play golf. North Beach is our favorite beach spot and it also is just a short trip via bike or car (depending on what we're taking to the beach). We love to bike and always travel to the island with bikes in tow. There is great fishing and crabbing at our community dock, and the creeks in front of our villa provide for fun kayak adventures and dolphin watching. Charleston is another special spot and easily accessible from Seabrook. It offers a wide spectrum of activities depending on your interests and Charleston has some of the best restaurants in the country. There is so much history in Charleston. Most people know about the civil war years but the city also played an important role in the Revolutionary War.
