Newly constructed home in the Spring of 2004... Ocean-oriented home at 59 Port Tack in Palmetto Dunes. The home features five bedrooms and five and a half baths. Located on the 11 mile lagoon system which is ideal for kayaking and canoeing.
The home has two master suites with king beds, TV, and DVD players. Both master baths feature steam showers and separate bubble tubs. Large great room features flat screen TV with VCR, DVD, and surround sound system. Large island kitchen with breakfast bar. There are two bedrooms downstairs featuring a queen in one and a swing king in the other (converts to twins). Both bedrooms have private baths. Both come with TVs. The kids' oversized dorm-style room features 3 singles and 1 trundle (sleeps four). Two TVs and VCR. (Bring your own Nintendo, PlayStation, or X-Box, Game Cube etc.). NO SMOKING and NO PETS.
Back porch with six rockers overlooks the full-size heated swimming pool with spa (extra charge for heat). Built in Barbecue on large patio.Large dock on lagoon (bring or rent your own canoes and kayaks). Two outside showers. All rooms have TVs and DVD players.

This was our second year at the soboloski house and we are already planning the 3rd year! House was great for multiple ages, with fishing dock for the guys, huge swimming pool for kids and the ladies. Bedrooms were great, especially the upstairs room with space for the little ones to play. We rented bikes, and enjoyed riding them to the beach for even more fun.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

We stayed in this home with our 4 kids over spring break this year and had a blast. The house was great and had great space for the kids to have some space away from adults to just hang out after a day at the beach or in the pool. I definitely recommend heating the pool in the spring as it was sometimes only 65 degrees outside. The location is great, rent bikes and you will not have to drive except fto go to the grocery store! Thanks for a great trip Joe!

My family really enjoyed this home. It was clean, convenient to restaurants, beach, and other activities. Not recommended for small children, due to no gate around the pool, and the lagoon. But the house was beautiful, very pleasant place to stay.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, girls getaway.

Lovely home with lots of room. In great shape. The home has has a great pool hottub right out the back door. It is the perfect home for someone who likes chess as it has a life size chess set in the backyard. The area it is in is great for riding bikes around to explore. Acouple blocks fromthe beach. We loved it!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Your house is cool! Your TV is big. The pool is cool. We had a great time here.The games were fun to play. The kids room was awesome, especially the lockers. We had a great time at your house. I like sports!

Our family enjoyed a great week of warm, balmy weather which added to the enjoyment of your fabulous home. We decided that there was no need to go anywhere else for entertainment since so much was offered right here at 59 Port Tack. Every Detail has been provided in your home to make a week's stay perfect. From the well equipped kitchen, outside grill, kids room. pool, outside games, inside games and all those bedrooms. My husband and I have been coming to Hilton Head for over 20 years. Each time we visit we have tried to make the experience unique in some way. This was our first experience in a private home. Because of you our experience and memories of Hilton Head have been taken to a whole new level. You guys thought of everything to make our visit relaxing and enjoyable. Hope to see you again soon.
