We count our villa very much as a second home, we have spent much time and effort making it into a place where anyone can feel at home, relax and use it as a base for exploring as much of Florida as possible. We think of our villa as being like 'Home from Home' with a touch of luxury.
Our villa is situated on The Sunrise Lakes Community on the 27 one mile north of the 192 intersection (Disney end) and is only 5 miles from Interstate 4. Disney World is only 10 minutes away and other Florida attractions are within easy reach. Shops nearby include Wal-Mart, Publix ,CVS, Wynn Dixie and Sweet Bay, as well as a Post Office. There is also a large selection of restaurants close by.
On arriving and opening our front-door the welcoming foyer sets the tone for this spacious, well-equipped, Modern family villa. Bedrooms - our villa sleep 8 – 10 with 2 Master en-suite double bedrooms with US king-size beds (so both families have the same amount of space)and both have TV's. The rear master bedroom has a wall-mounted TV and direct access to the Pool Area. The en-suite bathroom has shower, bath, toilet, large closet with hairdryer and linen provided for guest use. The furnishing is of a wicker-style with Palm-trees as the theme. The front master bedroom has a TV and DVD player leading to the en-suite bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, large closet with hairdryer and linen is provided for guest use. The furnishings are grand with gold-coloring and cherry-wood finish. The two twin-bedded rooms, both have large closets sharing a bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and hairdryer and linen is provided for guest use.
Our villa is fully air-conditioned. We have a No Pets - No Smoking policy.
Our private screened Pool, which can be heated has a safety screen, fiber optic light and sunbeds.
Our covered lanai with ceiling fan, lighting, and table & chairs is ideal for spending that relaxing day between busy park days and for topping up the tan.
Our games Room - Kids and Parents heaven, while parents relax by the pool the kids can spend time playing a game of pool, air-hockey or table football/fusebal. For those games fanatics who need to keep up their skills we have a TV and Playstation with a selection of games.
We also have free High Speed Wireless Internet. And free phone calls to the UK (land lines) Canada and within the US.
Our family room has a large corner-shaped seating area (with a pull-out Queen-sized Sofa-bed if required) Our Home Theatre with surround sound, with LCD TV, DVD plus a large selection of films. The Family room is central to the villa with Patio doors leading to the Pool Area and an open-plan breakfast bar, door leading to one of the Master Bedrooms and the hallway to the twin-bedded rooms. There is a large remote-control ceiling fan to add that sense of tropical charm. The kitchen is fully fitted, with large fridge-freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, waste-disposal unit, wide-range of crockery, cutlery, glassware – everything you’d want to be to cater for a family, or two families sharing.
Leading from the Kitchen is a separate Laundry Room with large washer and dryer. All linen and towels are provided, including large pool towels. Dining Area - this area is shared with the kitchen for easy family-use, the dining table seats 6 comfortably for family meals and planning the days activities. With an overhanging drop-down light. Also a breakfast bar seating a further 3. For little ones we have cot/play pen and high chair, (there is no charge for these) and a children's playground is a few minutes walk away with swings.
Attractions and Distances... Disney World - 9 minutes, International Drive, Sea World and Universal Studios - 20-30 minutes Orlando International Airport - 30-40 minutes Sanford Airport - 60 minutes.
We offer discounts for late bookings, long stay bookings, and guests returning for another visit.

Well our 4 week winter get away is almost over, only one more day remaining. This email is to let you know how much we loved your VILLA. From the time we pulled into the Sunrise Lakes Development back on Feb. 21, we were impressed. I have to say that your villa is everything your web site shows and so much more. Your villa made us all feel right at home. There was nothing more anyone could want or need. The games room was really something, we were impressed with all the games for the young ones. It was a beautiful HEATED pool well maintained and met your pool attendant 3 times, he does a good job each and every Monday. Your villa and the location of your home was outstanding. We had a wonderful time in Florida. The weather was cool, but not as cold as Maine in January! Your villa is wonderful, the experience certainly has spoiled us ever staying in a Motel again when traveling with family. Your place was just perfect for our group.We each had our own space when needed. Convenient location to Parks and Walmart! Your villa is wonderful! We had more than enough room for the whole extended family! The 2nd week every bed was full. What was nice was that we didn't even feel like we were in each other's way. We enjoyed the time in the pool. Our kids spent lots of time there after visits to the parks (unless it was too late which happened a couple of times). The pool was nice and warm and we did have lots of warm weather so the heat probably could have been turned down, but we didn't dare to do that. The villa was well stocked with most everything you would need. If you haven't tried it, The Golden Corral on 192 has a wonderful breakfast buffet for a very reasonable price. We have no complaints about the villa - we loved being there. It was truly a home away from home. We would not change a thing about it - except maybe from your name to ours (just kidding). The location was great and the house was perfect!!!!!! I am already dreaming of taking the grandchildren there someday. Well we made it back home and we're back to work. Our trip was fantastic and your villa was absolutely fantastic. It was so cozy and welcoming everytime we walked in. My wife has said numerous times that she would like to rent it again when we go back to Disney. I just wanted to thank you for letting us rent your villa in Florida. We loved the villa and the way almost everything is child proof. Thanks very much for arranging a second cot. The pool was great and thanks for the warning to get heating for the pool.
