This spacious Evian 160 condo is located in Hilton Head's Shipyard Plantation. With its tranquil setting of tall pines, rustic oaks and tropical palms, Shipyard provides for an overall extraordinary experience. Covering approximately 800 acres, Shipyard is located on the south end of Hilton Head Island. The villa is surrounded by beautiful wildlife, miles of clean, sandy beach and scenic running/biking paths. The beach is only a short bike ride away, or you can choose the nearby pool for your pleasure!
If Evian 160 is not available for the dates you'd like to stay, or if you're trying to accomodate a larger group, no problem! We own five other Evian properties. Call our office for details.

Condo was awesome and a great experience for me and my family. Nicely maintained and everything promised was received. The pool was a short walk from the condo and the beach could be reached by bike or car. Nice quiet location with a serene setting. I look forward to a return visit in the near future!Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

When my husband and I arrived at Evian 160, we were blown away ! It was so beautifully decorated and comfortable. We felt at home from the first minute we arrived. We have been to Hilton Head many times before and no place was as nice ! Marion's Place properties are updated , modern, comfortable and clean. They have everything that you need to have a relaxing vacation. I only wish that the unit was mine!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
